We are seeking an organized and efficient Production Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming horror film project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the production, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among all departments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain the continuity of a previously shot horror film.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring all departments are aligned and deadlines are met.
Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all production-related communications, facilitating clear and efficient information flow between departments.
Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of the production, including location scouting, securing permits, and arranging transportation and accommodations for cast and crew.
Budget Tracking: Assist in managing the production budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all costs remain within the allocated budget.
Crew Support: Provide administrative support to the production team, including organizing meetings, preparing call sheets, and distributing production documents.
Continuity Maintenance: Ensure that all production activities maintain continuity with the previously shot footage, working closely with the director, production designer, and other key personnel.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate the procurement and distribution of necessary resources, including equipment, props, and supplies.
Problem Solving: Address any logistical or operational issues that arise during production, finding quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, contact lists, and expenditure reports.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role in film production.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with production scheduling and budgeting processes.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and handle the pressures of film production.

There will be a one day Prep rate for pre production work.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

PRE-PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES (Non-exhaustive)
- Support the Producer with vendor communications including sourcing and scheduling
- Assist with gathering quotes and getting orders finalized and approved
- Support the Producer with building out event documentation and onsite schedules

ONSITE RESPONSIBILITIES (Non-exhaustive)
- Support the Producer with vendor management during load in/setup and breakdown/load out
- Manage PA and Runner tasks and delegate appropriately
- Work with the Producer and technical support staff to ensure a positive gaming experience for all attendees throughout the duration of the event

AVAILIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Part time availability for remote support will be required 6/24 - 7/5 for pre-production support. Hours of operation are 10am - 6pm EST but can be flexible within reason.

Job Description

We're looking for a Production Coordinator for Terrace *** to help organize, schedule, and execute creative content around a variety of topics including entertainment news, human interest, and celebrity features. Reporting to the Production Manager, as well as working closely with our Editorial and Field teams, this role will be responsible for the coordination and booking of travel, crews, and other administrative support for a large entertainment news show.

This position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a small team to ensure all needs and production details are communicated efficiently and executed flawlessly. This position will book crews for field shoots, travel for talent and staff, and track other activities like vacation days and invoices. Must be comfortable working across all *** including on air, digital, and social *** .

Schedule and organize crews in relation to needs of creative, under the direction of the Production Manager as assigned.
Collaborate with Production team members to ensure budget expectations are met, staffing needs are communicated, and post/deliverables are executed on time.
Manage production paperwork including shoot reports and music reporting, legal guidelines, journalistic standards, and adhering to broadcast and show workflows.
Act as liaison *** ween departments and divisions, to ensure that coding and information is communicated as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

2+ years of professional TV experience with a talk show, news, journalism, or other relevant entertainment experience required.

Job Summary:

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

And assist the shipping manager with tracking the weekly deliveries to our distributors.
