The Transmission Coordinator is responsible for playout and monitoring of outgoing shows to multiple distribution partners. Daily duties focus primarily on master control transmission and incoming feeds, media migration, and playlist automation. Our workflow also requires large amounts of regularly-scheduled video routing. This position is located in Playa Vista, CA.

Responsibilities:

E! News Digital is seeking a Production Manager to work closely with our SVP of News Operations to oversee E! News Digital in terms of production, budgets and planning. You would have exciting insight into the productions across the team and participate in the production logistics for new and upcoming series as well.

Tasks include but are not limited to -

Prepare production plans and assumptions, including budgets, schedules, equipment/technology recommendations for a variety of digital program types.
Make sure all production logistics are being secured and appropriately requested (permits, COIs, freelance crew, agreements, etc)
Review and generate agreements for locations, talent day hires, material releases
Work with Executive Producer/Network Executives from project conception through and including final delivery of all program materials.
Determine and anticipate budget and production needs for a variety of projects.

Ensure call sheets are sent accurately and in a timely manner

The Opportunity

Leveraging *** 's innovative and fast-paced culture, help *** attain its public climate target to reduce our emissions by roughly half by 2030 by supporting *** Production Management teams across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to decarbonize production operations. Responsibilities

Reporting into *** Sustainability, this role will be embedded in the *** EMEA Production team and will bring expertise and experience in the following areas:
Support the implementation of the *** sustainable production strategy at the local EMEA country level by working with the studio Production Management teams to integrate energy efficiency, electric vehicles, clean mobile power and renewable energy into production operations.
Lead the localization of *** 's sustainable production materials and information. Provide guidance to production-facing sustainability consultants.

Stay up to date on country-level and regional regulations related to sustainability, and the operational practices they govern.
In close coordination with *** Sustainability, track decarbonization progress across the region and provide qualitative and quantitative information as needed.
Support the company's carbon footprint measurement process by collecting data for key emissions driving activities to inform annual reporting, working with cross functional teams to standardize and improve data collection efforts and where appropriate, software systems.
