Role Details:

As the Lead Product Manager for Streaming for *** Sports, you will spearhead the development and

enhancement of our organization's streaming products. You will be responsible for driving the product

strategy, roadmap, and execution to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our customers

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with broader company objectives.

Streaming Product Management:

Develop and drive a prioritized multi-channel personalization roadmap to deliver exceptional customer journey experiences in order to achieve business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver successful product launches and drive adoption.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of streaming products.

Key Objectives for this Role:

Facilitate the launch of two new FAST channels within 6 months, leading to an increase in engagement and ad impressions on our owned and operated apps and distribution partners.
Enable increased efficiency of OTT apps by partnering with client side product management to build out the necessary updates to the content management system and APIs; launching new
OTT apps leveraging a unified codebase by end of FY 2024
Lead the launch of a new internal video CMS, aimed at improving the user experience, improving development efficiencies, and sunsetting legacy tools, by end of FY 2024
Partner closely with *** + team to deliver a new stream experience for the 2024 football season, which unlocks previously untapped revenue streams.
Work with internal stakeholders to iteratively ship improvements to both local and national streams throughout 2024, until legacy software is deprecated in favor of newly built systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on streaming, or related fields.
Deep understanding of streaming technology platforms.
Proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market and driving adoption.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to i *** uence stakeholders at all levels.

How you'll make an impact:
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the Ad Measurement team. You'll leverage third-party solutions to measure campaign effectiveness, identify key drivers of success, and provide insights to prove *** *** 's value to agency and client partners. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, prioritization, and efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

Coordinate projects with internal teams across multiple research vendors
Provide expertise on research methodology, results interpretation, and performance insights
Strong quantitative market research experience ideally focused on digital *** measurement or brand advertising research
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
Proven ability to maximize utility of a broad range of research resources
Ensure that research projects adhere to established timelines and best practices in the setup phase
Possess the ability to manage and deliver multiple advertising effectiveness studies simultaneously
Serve as a consultant to the Pandora sales team, as well as external clients & agencies, to execute impactful campaign research and present results
Lead measurement execution for a given vertical(s) and understand measurement needs unique to that vertical(s)
Maintain norms and benchmarks by industry to give context to individual campaign performance.
Identify new methods for optimizing brand campaigns through meta-analysis across studies to *** ter understand drivers of brand lift
Support the creation of sales presentations to present results and strategic insights, next steps and competitive analysis
Proactively identify new resources and methodologies that advance business goals
Manage ad effectiveness research implementation and delivery to internal and external stakeholder

What you'll need:

BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in a digital analytics role, focusing on supporting ad sales
2+ years of experience in conducting and analyzing online research
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus exceptional analytical abilities
Detail oriented, with a talent for crafting insightful stories from data
Client management and consulting
Strong quantitative market research experience ideally focused on digital *** measurement or brand advertising research

At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $72,000 to $102,025 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.

Engineer/Overdrive Operator

New York, NY Details

Full Time

Ross Overdrive Operator and Acuity Switcher operator for a fast-paced live Television News show. Candidate will be responsible for operating Ross Overdrive system using Ross Caprica to produce live news broadcasts and pre-produced content. Code shows in ENPS, create all necessary show templates and Ross custom controls. Must be very familiar with a MOS based automated Newsroom. Familiarity with Ross Xpression graphics systems, Vinten Robotics and Wheatstone Audio Console is desired.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and execute the operation of the Ross automated production control system for live and recorded television broadcasts. Using a ENPS, code rundowns for all Newscasts.

Creation and utilization of templates to automate production functions including: technical directing, audio mixing, video playback, graphics insertion, robotic operations, live/remote segment cut-ins. Integrate commercial playback.

Other responsibilities include; Audio (A1), Audio Assist (A2) , Video shading, Robotics, BitCentral ingest / playback, Camera Operation and Ross Xpression graphics playback.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

College graduate or equivalent technical training. Communications, Electronic Technology, or related degree is helpful. Two years of related job experience.

REQUIREMENTS: Continued

Physical

This position requires minor lifting and some walking, as it involves the setup of a television show. The ability to carry 50 pounds of equipment, including camera, cables, tripod and various television equipment is required on a daily basis. The ability to sit for long periods is

necessary. Able to execute commands based upon aural directives. High visual and aural acuity along with data entry using a keyboard.

Environmental

Exposure to low noise levels.

Other

Ability to work closely with Talent and Production staff often without supervision. Ability to work under tight deadline and time constraints. Ability to make quick decisions that are both content coherent and technically accurate. Work hours may include overnights, evenings, weekends and holidays.

COMPLEXITY

Highly complex system. Must have outstanding computer skills. Understanding of Audio and Video theory and techniques. Knowledge of FCC regulations in regard to technical Audio/Video standards to ensure **** compliance.

IMPACT OF DECISIONS

The Overdrive Operator must often make critical last-minute decisions. Due to the nature of the News business, late breaking stories for example, quick decision-making abilities are critical to the success of the News show. Failure to act quickly and accurately can result in a loss of revenue or legal action taken against the station.

Internal: Contact primarily with News and Engineering staff members.

External: Guests, often with celebrity status.
