Looking for a PA to help with an interview shoot. 2 sit down interviews, 1 person at a time and some b-roll all at one location. You will work closely with the Field Producer and help with logistics as well as facilitating lunch. $15/hr.

All necessary production supplies will be shipped to you.

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Looking for a PA local to St. Louis for a shoot in Cairo, IL for our development shoot. We will be outdoors, so the right candidate will need to have proper gear (hiking boots, protective clothing, etc), and a great attitude. Twenty Twenty Productions are looking for a local Production Assistant to work with a British documentary shooting team on a fast-paced, true crime series for a global streaming service. Applicants must have experience working in the field on a TV location shoot.

Duties will include driving a production vehicle, helping with daily unit moves, managing meal orders and craft, looking after talent, and generally assisting the production team. This role is for someone who can work local to NASHVILLE. There will be some filming locations in West Kentucky, and accommodation will be offered on these days. We are shooting a proof of concept for a docuseries about some racers at the Mid-Ohio racetrack 6/6 - 6/9. We will be shooting interviews and at the track. General PA duties - helping load/unload gear, getting lunch, dealing with crafty, driving golf carts, getting releases, driving minivans, dealing with clients.

Shooting will most likely be 4 days Thursday - Sunday.

Need support Production Assistants to come be a part of our merry band of travelers bringing a new show for Discovery to town. Think American Pickers or Antique Roadshow in terms of the style and logistics we will be dealing with. We'll be tied to the filming locations (the homes) without any real company moves once we get rolling. Every filming day we have had so far in our first four episodes has started after the sun was up and finished before the sun is down. Lovely! So while there's no guarantees in this world that it remains as relaxed a schedule as that, thus far there has been very minimal OT or hard hours.

ISO people experienced with on-set protocol and communication, can-do attitude and comfortability in fast-paced shooting environments.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.
