*** Consumer Products (DCP) Marketing works with key contributors to propel marketing strategy, drive brand equity and increase consumer engagement and top line demand for our products and experiences.
As a Social Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will be part of the marketing strategy team, supporting social marketing strategies for *** Consumer Products (DCP) commercial priorities. As a social-first storyteller, you will help shape and implement plans that connect with consumers in inspiring ways, across platforms.
You will work with favorite franchises such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, *** , Lucas and *** Princess, and the product priorities released throughout the year aligned to them. You will be highly organized, to ensure a smooth workflow for the team, as social content goes from ideation to live, to reporting. You will contribute on new processes to improve workflow, and have opportunities to directly contribute to content production across our DCP handles.
Handles include: *** Style (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), Star Wars Life (Instagram), *** Princess and *** Cars (YouTube), *** Plushies (Instagram), and more DCP focused handles.
The Social Marketing Strategy Coordinator will report to the Manager, Social Marketing Strategy.
Responsibilities - Supports the day-to-day management of *** Consumer Products Marketing socials, including but not limited to:
- Assists in the management of social calendars
- Manage asset folders in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Maintain invoice tracker and submit incoming invoices to finance for payment
- Maintain quality control of social pages
- Track post performance
- Assist the team by building program recap decks in Keynote, collaborating with various teams for recap materials
- Assist in the execution of i *** uencer gifting programs
- Assist the team in the development of creative briefs and planning documents
- Help to develop, implement and evaluate social *** strategy
- Occasional assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
- Keep up with technologies used in social *** and continually seek proactive knowledge of the target customer, retail, marketing, and social *** trends.
Basic Qualifications- 1-2+ years of social marketing experience, preferred in consumer products
- Command of social *** platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc) with a keen understanding of best practices, trends, and cross-channel tactics
- Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently handle many projects and tasks simultaneously
- Working knowledge of social *** KPIs, strategy and reporting
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
- Strong creative production skills with a demonstrated ability to create social content
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets as well as Keynote
- Must be an excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with all levels internally and externally
- Understands how to be adaptable and proactive - a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Passionate and curious about all aspects of social *** across platforms
- Passion for *** content

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $52,400 - $70,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
