The Manager will help facilitate and project manage many organizational and operational opportunities, providing greater insights and alignment for the Senior Leadership Team. The team has implemented a new operating model, standardized workflow and project management system. Your Role

The Manager, Project & Logistics reports to the Director of *** Archives & Preservation Services, in Burbank, California. The Project Manager tracks cross-team and cross-department projects, facilitates collegial communication, and creates standardized documentation as an outcome of our efforts to identify opportunities to perfect our workflows and adopt new technologies within Global Archives. Your Role Accountabilities

Provides department staff support for internal and external tools. Chief liaison for 3rd party application/software onboarding, troubleshooting, etc. for Archives tech stack tools such as Smartsheet, AirTable, Tableau, Co *** uence, Xytech, and JIRA, etc.
Acts as the primary resource for departmental project development planning, tracking, and reporting. Contributes to meeting agendas. Sets and runs project status meetings. Works closely with business stakeholders, technology strategy teams, Archives staff and management to ensure execution is tightly aligned with overall business unit needs, vision, and strategy.
Works closely with Archives' staff, technology strategy teams, and business units to document business and process requirements including RFI/RFP, and PoCs. Drives product development, suggests enhancements, and integration of shared tools. Identifies opportunities to leverage existing and future technologies to streamline operations.
Develops Global Archives reporting das *** ards inclusive of financials for budgeting, forecasting, capital requests, and long-term planning.

Experience & Qualifications

5+ years in a *** archives, museum, broadcast environment, or a related field
Previous experience working with inventory systems

The Sr. Application Engineer's role is to assist in defining the overall strategy, standardization, and maintenance of software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. The Sr. Application Engineer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. Work with other technical staff to lend expertise toward driving solutions

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

3+years of experience in an IT support function supporting finance/payment applications such as ACI Postillion or ACI Secure Ecommerce solutions
Experience with solution planning and execution of installations, upgrades and hotfixes
Highly self-motivated and self-directed is required. Ability to think pragmatically and outside of the box.
Extensive experience in SQL database, query best practices, and reporting using SQL Server Reporting Services is required.
Supports assigned applications in collaboration with Level 1 support and other members of Parks Technology including vendor resources.

Ability to read, write, and understand technical documentation is required.

Summary:

Production Management is accountable for the four main project functions of Financial accountability, Process accountability, Schedule/Calendar accountability & Task Completion accountability. The Assistant Production Manager participates in these four main functions at a variety of levels, depending upon the individual project scope/need:

For large-scale/marquee projects (as assigned), this position will provide support of all of these functions, project-wide and/or have shared-accountability for one or more functions within a specific segment/assignment on the project.
