The Client Solutions team at iCrossing is responsible for a portfolio of clients and their strategy, client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability. This team identif i es clients ' goals and pain points and present s complex solutions that align with iCrossing' s offerings.

What you'll do
- Work with a small group of clients or a large integrated client including the client strategy, tactics, forecasts, budget, projections, and performance metrics.
- Build on existing contacts and relationships with current and targeted clients.
- Understand our clients' implicit and explicit needs and match i Crossing capabilities against our clients' needs.
- Interpret and provide recommendations around results or outcomes and continually confirm the client's investment is sound.
- Articulate business problems, participate in developing and presenting complex solutions to all audiences to draw out the key insights in a compelling way.
- Engage in white board sessions and innovation briefings.
- Navigate a complex stakeholder matrix and manage priorities accordingly.
- Work closely with practices and delivery managers providing clear and precise briefing, interpreting the results and crafting a compelling story from the output.
- Partner with internal teams to create a forward-looking vision for clients.
Who you are
- Proven experience in client services/account management in digital marketing, consultancy, strategy field or client-side marketing department
- Excellent client management, expectation management, negotiation and co *** ict resolution skills
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
- Strong writing, grammatical and proofing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to handle multiple projects, relationships and tasks simultaneously
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience in web-related production is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
