We are seeking an experienced Producer/Cinematographer to join our dynamic team for an upcoming high-profile live event. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth execution and visual excellence for our event, scheduled for Tuesday June 11th. This is an opportunity for long-term, on-going work - we run our event every 2-3 months. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the production process, ensuring seamless execution of the event from start to finish.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and setup.
- Coordinate with other production staff and departments to ensure all elements are aligned and meet the event’s strategic goals.
- Handle logistical aspects of the event production, including equipment procurement and crew assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during the event setup and production.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Producer/Cinematographer, particularly in live event settings.
- Strong technical expertise in camera operation, lighting techniques, and overall video production.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and team members under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic event scenarios.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the event’s schedule.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in live event production and cinematography.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work and expertise.
