RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:

SUMMARY: Support the Studio’s mission to be the studio of choice by providing our clients with the finest customer service and support. The Stage Manager is a primary liaison for information and problem solving between the studio and our clients. RESPONSIBILITES:

Fluctuating Work Hours: Production schedules change constantly. This position needs to be flexible as it relates to a predicable work schedule. Since this position supports production clients, Stage Managers must be prepared to align their schedules based on the demand of the clients.

Exposures: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is rarely exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; blood borne pathogens.

Your New Role...

Provide on the ground support to senior Physical Production lead for day-to-day production activities on set.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Provide general clerical support to SVP Physical Production, (i.e. scheduling meetings, answering phones, arranging travel and hotel accommodations, submitting expense reports, composing memos and correspondence, etc.)
Assist Line Producers in setting up all DC *** production offices.

Track DGA spreadsheets, create DGA credit residual charts and Employment Data Forms
Track storage of sets and production assets and arrange for disposal of assets on picture lock.
Maintain files and wrap documents for all productions
Do location research for projects prior to crew being hired. Interact with Film Commissions (both domestic and foreign) in researching potential shooting locations (considering creative vision, weather, incentives, local crew base, crew housing, etc. Also includes tax incentives inquiries, etc.

Qualifications & Experience...

College Degree preferred
Familiarity with agents, producers and film community in general
Strong interest in film and general film knowledge preferred.
Previous production experience required. Specifically working for a line producer on set.
Previous Production Coordinator experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and FileMaker Pro required.
Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.

Job Description

Do you love pop culture and entertainment news? What about coordination, travel, and production? We're looking for a Production Coordinator for Terrace *** to help organize, schedule, and execute creative content around a variety of topics including entertainment news, human interest, and celebrity features. Reporting to the Production Manager, as well as working closely with our Editorial and Field teams, this role will be responsible for the coordination and booking of travel, crews, and other administrative support for a large entertainment news show.

This position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a small team to ensure all needs and production details are communicated efficiently and executed flawlessly. This position will book crews for field shoots, travel for talent and staff, and track other activities like vacation days and invoices. Must be comfortable working across all *** including on air, digital, and social *** .

Schedule and organize crews in relation to needs of creative, under the direction of the Production Manager as assigned.
Collaborate with Production team members to ensure budget expectations are met, staffing needs are communicated, and post/deliverables are executed on time.
Manage production paperwork including shoot reports and music reporting, legal guidelines, journalistic standards, and adhering to broadcast and show workflows.
Act as liaison *** ween departments and divisions, to ensure that coding and information is communicated as needed.
Support the Production Management and Accounting teams with various office and administrative responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

2+ years of professional TV experience with a talk show, news, journalism, or other relevant entertainment experience required.
Experience with iNews or ENPS delivery systems preferred.

Desired Characteristics:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Passion for television and entertainment news.
Experience with daytime talk shows/entertainment news shows.
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and multitask a wide range of responsibilities.

Production Manager

Full Time

Prepare production plans and assumptions, including budgets, schedules, equipment/technology recommendations for a variety of digital program types.
Make sure all production logistics are being secured and appropriately requested (permits, COIs, freelance crew, agreements, etc)
Review and generate agreements for locations, talent day hires, material releases
Work with Executive Producer/Network Executives from project conception through and including final delivery of all program materials.
Determine and anticipate budget and production needs for a variety of projects.
Liaise *** ween producers and internal departments (B&A, legal, studio engineering, building facilities, etc)
Supervise and train production coordinators on new/updated processes and systems
Ensure call sheets are sent accurately and in a timely manner
Have an understanding of production and technical standards, show formatting, deal memos, contracts, financial reporting, insurance, production and safety policies
Review payroll reports, invoices, and expense reports for accurate coding, billing, and approvals
Track expenses and review finance reports for a variety of production departments and shows
Create and maintain relationships with decision-makers and leaders across all production support teams including legal, finance, facilities, etc to easily troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Call and lead multi-department meetings for production planning
Review risk assessment as needed and know what to look for that may be unusual
Supervise production and post needs for individual projects
Attend tech walkthroughs/location scouts when applicable
Develop and maintain production contacts, including equipment rentals of all types and personnel across production categories
Oversee talent planning and expenses for remote events, ensure production expenses are reported properly
Negotiate prices with vendors and crew
Other projects and duties as assigned
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

3+years of production management experience for a broadcast, cable or digital video production company
Must have a good understanding of production workflow and have hands-on experience in clip, stage-based, and field productions.
Must be able to create budgets in MovieMagic, schedules, and full-scale production plans for a variety of program types

Desired Characteristics:

Must have excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Must be team-oriented but able to demonstrate leadership skills, organized, accurate, articulate, responsible, flexible, resourceful, self-motivated, hand-on when needed and able to delegate

As a Language Production Manager, English Dubbing, you will be responsible for how members experience English-dubbed audio, ensuring *** customers across the globe get the highest-quality experience from our localized audio assets. As we continue to add support for new languages and expand our global membership, providing best-in-class localized content is critical to our success.

The Role

The Language Production Manager, English Dubbing, will be the main liaison *** ween the *** Dubbing team and local dubbing *** , not only overseeing the production of select titles in their respective language(s) but also ensuring a healthy production pipeline among our Dubbing vendors. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker who thrives in managing a multitude of tasks while safeguarding all title-level requirements. You will be working on *** 's growing catalog to manage long-form project progress, creative and quality control, and the launch of all dubbed assets. Managing end-to-end dubbing includes working closely with internal and external partners to direct and/or i *** uence outcomes even amidst ambiguity. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who can maintain a holistic approach while getting as tactical as necessary to deliver the content. Applicants must work across all components of Dubbing alongside in-territory teams to produce high-quality global audio assets in their language.

Responsibilities

Be the leading voice of dubbing production and accessibility assets in the respective dubbing market. This team will manage multiple large-scale dubbing projects (long-form and short-form dubbing as well as accessibility assets) across a wide range of English partners and languages for *** original titles.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5-10 years of dubbing title/language management experience (creative/operations, respectively).

Job Description

Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. Facilitate consistent communication *** ween the agency's Creative, Project Management and Account Management teams, assuring the on-time delivery of all client campaigns to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical).

The Project Manager works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their campaigns, managing them within scope and budget, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverables. An effective problem solver on a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities to realize efficiencies and minimize scope creep and budget waste.

Project Lifecycle Management

Leads Project kickoff, presenting key deliverables, initial Spec Sheets, timelines + budgets.
Monitors project budgets + schedules daily.
Catches project scope creep.
Accountable for staying within agreed upon budget and informing all parties of any changes to scope/assumptions/issues that arise.
Manages + updates project work-back schedules.
Identifies and proactively resolves any deliverables that might fall behind schedule.
Manages tactical quality of all client partner deliverables (specs).
Ensures smooth handoff of deliverables from Creative Services to IMCD and IT departments.

Project/Program Administration

Responsible for the consistent successful facilitation of project(s) from estimation through launch and maintenance.
Manages project transactions (reviews and adjusts) on a weekly basis.
Manages all projects on-quality (tactical), on-time and on-budget.

Vendor Management

Facilitates estimate development and confirmation of vendor(s) selection and final production schedules for print and production work with Purchasing and when necessary, the Studio Print Manager.
Ensures hand off of print/production ready files to vendor(s) for production, with Print Production manager where necessary.
Ensures all project outside costs are accurately represented in Workfront.
Ensure all project outside costs are accurately coded and represented in internal billing systems (i.e. SNAP, SRM, Versa).
Other duties: Based upon the Agency Account Mapping, this may include assumed responsibilities and tasks associated with other roles that may report up to the Sr. Project Manager, including, but not limited to: Project Manager and/or Project Coordinator (per the Project Management Role Matrix).

Resource Management

Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing.
Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Practice Leaders to address and solve those issues.
Arrange weekly meetings with Professional Services Management team to discuss all active projects and potential new business as well as to stay informed of potential issues such as resource and change control matters.

Qualifications

EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required. Preferred degree disciplines: Marketing, Communications, Marketing/Mass Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, Organizational Management, Graphic Design, Art Design
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS : Not required, however, PMP or any other Project Management certifications are a plus.
EXPERIENCE : 2+ years of experience in corporate environment with focus on developing marketing and advertising messaging strategies and overseeing tactical execution. Preferable experience managing/overseeing at least one (1) or more direct reports. Experience with in-house creative agency or marketing/advertising is strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with project management workflow software (Workfront, Wrike, Basecamp, Workamajig, MS Project, etc.) a plus. Workfront strongly preferred. Proficiency or working knowledge of MAC OS and Adobe Creative Suite also a plus, but not required.

Preferable skills for success in the role include but not limited to:
