RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
Partner with the production team to develop post-production schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Design and maintain a detailed post-production plan, covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Track project progress, pinpoint potential issues or delays, and devise solutions to maintain project timelines.
Liaise with external vendors or freelancers as necessary to complete project components.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor the post-production team, including editors, assistant editors, and media managers.
Delegate tasks, set priorities, and offer guidance to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork within the post-production team.
Report project status, progress, and potential issues to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
Quality Control:
Ensure all post-production deliverables meet technical and creative standards, including video/audio quality, color grading, visual effects, and overall aesthetic consistency.
Review rough cuts, graphics, visual effects, and other elements, providing feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
Implement quality control processes, including testing, reviewing, and approving final deliverables before distribution or broadcast.
Industry Knowledge and Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in post-production workflows.
Recommend and implement new tools, software, or techniques to enhance the post-production process.

Looking for an experienced Video Graphics Designer for between $350 - $400 day for 3 days work. Rate based on experience.

* Title Design:
* Create eye-catching and memorable title cards that introduce each section of the film. The titles should align with the film’s overall theme and mood.

* Graphic Fixes:
* Fix a couple of inconsistencies, visual glitches.

* Flashback Sequences:
* Design three quick graphic sequences that represent the main character’s flashbacks to her mother.
* Use stock footage, effects, and creative visuals to evoke emotion and enhance storytelling.
* These sequences should seamlessly transition between the present and the past.
