We are building an in house creative team and looking for a producer to manage projects. This is great for someone looking for a full time role at a brand and interested in beauty.
Manage creative projects including photography and video shoots from concept to completion. Work with the creative team to determine assets that are needed to produce.
PRE PRODUCTION
Coordinate brainstorming and scheduling with team
Manage the concept deck with shot list, script, products needed
Book freelance model, hair, makeup, camera, audio, editor and manage in office staff
Manage shoot budgets and timelines
Prep space with products and manage call sheets
SHOOTS
Oversee schedule and shoot goals
Manage the shoot
Check off the shot list
Clean up and close out shoot

Manage deliverables
Package team all variations of the shoot
Label and store on the server
File model releases and paperwork
Facilitate any payments
LIVE SELLING SOCIAL SHOWS
Manage schedules of talent
Provide all products needed for live
