Please Note: This is a Per Diem position and PAs are hired as shoots are scheduled. There is no specific start or end date. Current filming is mostly TikTok.

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist director and crew members as needed
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Looking for approximately 12 PA's for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center towards the end of next month for several days. MUST have PA experience, ability to lift 30-40 lbs, team player, and the ability to think on your feet. Super bonus if you know the area well and have worked at this venue before.

Hello! We are looking for a couple of production assistants to help with a corporate move coming up to new studios. There will be transportation of wardrobe, props, gear, and production materials.

Exact number of days are TBD, but we are planning to start on Monday.

Looking for production assistants to support us for filming in Denver, with production needs 7/21 - 7/25, for a docu-follow series. Duties will include: airport runs, set & crew support, loading in / out of gear, meal & supply shopping runs, and appearance release signing assistance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Need a strong PA that knows production. We are picking 3 total. One for camera assist, one to be the director/producer assistant and one to be the talent assistant.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.
