Your New Role:
WBD is a dynamic organization and is transforming its Finance and operating posture through an investment in the SAP S4/HANA platform. The role is to oversee the design, build and implementation of the SAP S4 platform, which will be one of the largest Finance systems transformation projects in the combined WBD history, and one of the larger SAP S4 projects in the *** industry, globally. Core process areas related to a growing direct-to-consumer business, *** original productions, alongside existing Pay TV and FTA businesses will be evaluated in the context of this implementation to produce a transformative company-wide outcome in the way we execute, measure and optimize our business.

Your Role Accountabilities: (50%)

• Oversee a multi-year implementation program of Finance systems transformation as Discovery pursues implementation of S4/HANA
• Oversee a large ($200M+) system integration RFP, contract review and award. Act as the senior engagement lead from WBD for the selected SI partner(s)
• Lead all aspects of the implementation Program management through all phases of design, build, test, and deployment.
• Chair all technical governance forums at the Steer Co level as required providing status on delivery vs plan
• Manage all program resourcing, budgets, PMO and day to day program execution
• Draw in technical architecture and data architecture experts to provide design authority on go forward architecture for the core SAP S4 solution and wider integrating systems.
• Work with divisional C suite leads in the WBD business and technology organizations to ensure exec stakeholder management and on-going but in relating to large-scale M&A activities alongside the transformation program.
• Support the Global CIO and SVP - Business Systems and Operations by ensuring technology program delivery components of the program are managed to schedule and budget sequencing in with the wider company's transformation roadmap.

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT (25%)

• Assist Provide strategic guidance to the project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools
• Evaluate resource needs and partner with and work with management to secure project team members
• Lead by i *** uence and work in a matrix/cross functional (GPOs and BU Champions)
• Establish and coordinate the project plan for migration of the project into production
• Develop and define new and improved workflow and initiatives
• Provide training and training materials for new processes
• Work with key stakeholders to define and document communication plan
• Complete key projects and assignments for executive management such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as requested

STRATEGY & ANALYTICS (25%)

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to *** ter align business processes
• Develop and execute a methodology to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the business processes
• Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them
• Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives
• Build frameworks and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and das *** ards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs
• Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement
• Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned

Qualifications & Experiences:

• 20+ years Finance ERP or Planning Systems Experience
• Proven experience of leading and managing large scale (150+) teams, onshore / offshore with extensive use of 3rd party suppliers, systems integrators and consultancies
• Executive Presence at CFO, C Suite Level currently working into Group CIO/CTO.
• Strong Finance Business Process understanding, SAP GL, AP, AR, Project Systems, Asset Management, OLTP and OLAP reporting
• Strong SAP Product knowledge of the core S4 suite and associated SAP 'bolt on products' that typically are associated with large scale global finance systems and organizations with regional localization
• Strong technical architecture credentials, of the core SAP product, middleware, BI, integrations with detailed understanding of boundary system integration to the core SAP suite.
• Exceptional appreciation of master data, its role in the core SAP Suite, and its role in being propagated throughout the finance and non-finance systems ecosystem.
• Experience of working in the *** Industry experience, with due consideration of ROI methodologies regarding *** assets.
• SAP S4 Implementation experience, with due consideration to *** Product Master (MPM) SAP BRIM, SAP SAC, SAP Ariba.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States (must be stated on US postings)

Not Required but preferred experience:

• MBA
• Knowledge of and passion for *** , entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new *** models, industry structure, etc.)
• Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services
• Experience working in a national or global company
• Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
• Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment

Your Role Accountabilities

*** is seeking an energetic and agile Manager of Email Marketing to join us. The candidate should be an innovative and results driven marketer, with specific experience within the email channel. This role is responsible for leading various email campaigns and projects and will collaborate day to day with our internal lines of business.

What you'll do:

• The ideal candidate is an email campaign project management expert with a high level of attention to detail. Managing multiple project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met with an output of successful campaigns that meet/exceed the business objectives.
• Primary responsibilities will focus on executing day-to-day email marketing campaigns to engage, retain and upsell subscribers. This includes developing "new campaigns" as well as amplifying "recurring existing campaigns" effectively, efficiently, and strategically.
• Serve as liaison *** ween business units, channel leads and cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative Labs, Brand, Legal, Digital/Online Experience, Campaign Operations, Programming & Analytics) to support campaign development and execution. The candidate will have a proven history of data-driven decision making and a deep understanding of email channel KPIs and website analytics. What you'll need:

• 5+ years of engagement and retention email marketing experience focused on campaign development, execution & analytics is a must.

Your New Role:
The Camera Operator works closely with the Show Director, Technical Director, Video Engineer, Stage Manager, other Camera Operators and Camera Utilities. This position is responsible for assisting in the set up and strike of all cameras and camera equipment required for the execution of the production. The Camera Operator takes direction from the Show Director and/or Technical Director in terms of camera movement, lens zooms, lens focus and achieving the desired picture framing. LIVE/TAPED PRODUCTIONS

Your New Role

The Sr. Counsel, Legal, Distribution & Commercial Partnerships provides business and legal affairs support across a wide spectrum of WBD's content distribution business, including the global distribution of direct-to-consumer (DTC) video services like Max and the domestic distribution of linear television channels such as *** , *** , *** , HGTV, Food Network and Discovery Channel and a broad offering of FAST channels.

• Partner with content distribution colleagues to plan, manage, negotiate, and draft license agreements for the distribution of DTC services, linear television channels (including VOD and TVE rights), and FAST channels across a wide range of traditional and emerging platforms (e.g., cable, telco, wireless, social, digital).

• Review, critically evaluate, interpret, and synthesize existing license agreements to identify key issues, ensure compliance and advise clients on contractual issues.

Job Summary/Description:

GDM is seeking a data driven, forward thinking analyst to join our team as a Data Solutions Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in the connection, transformation and visualization of our company’s sales and digital campaign data. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing data and establishing processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Establish and monitor data connections *** ween various first- and third-party data sources
• Implement data strategies to uphold the quality and accuracy of data
• Develop and maintain data pipelines
• Prepare data for visualizations
• Additional data management tasks and analysis, as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science or similar field
• 2+ years in data analytics
• Experience with reporting platform such as Tableau, Domo, or Power BI
• Working knowledge of regex/SQL
• Experience using data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery and AWS
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Your New Role...
The EVS operator is responsible for EVS and File Server operation as well as playback, recording, quick turn editing, telestration effects, slow-motion controlled replays during game and/or studio broadcast productions. The EVS operator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of skill, speed, and knowledge regarding the EVS system including but not limited to elements like video, animations, transitions and more. This person will have a passion for sports with a creative eye and understanding for storytelling

Your Role Accountabilities...

LIVE/TAPED PRODUCTIONS

• Operates EVS and file server equipment (playback, recording, editing, telestration effects, slow-motion replay)
• Operates video and audio routers
• Creatively and proactively sell shots to the Show Producer and Assistant Director with an understanding of the storytelling needed for the Production
• Producing quick turn editing during live games and studio productions that include replays, teasers and highlight packages under the pressure and time constraints of live television
• Anticipate the proper clips to use while editing segments of the show needed for a later airing
• Collaborate with the Show Assistant Director and corresponding remote sites to help achieve the video needs of the assigned production
• Archives video and audio clips as necessary to maintain an effective level of clip storage

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

• Works closely with the EVS Technical Specialist and the Senior EVS operator to gain more in-depth knowledge on file server information and advanced EVS operations
• Work closely with Technical Operations and Production (BEST) Engineering to identify, troubleshoot and solve technical problems in EVS workflow. Making sure each problem is resolved to completion
• Works with the Senior EVS operator to create documentation for the set up of the EVS machine workflow for the assigned Production

Qualifications & Experiences...

• 6 - 8 years of network level broadcast production experience operating as an EVS Operator for live game, live remote and/or live studio productions
• Knowledgeable of current industry standards
• Knowledge of File Server operations (IP Director, XFile)
• Knowledge of video and audio router operations
• Able to read and understand documentation for set up of EVS machine workflow for assigned production
• Must have strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Must take ownership and accountability for assigned productions
• Good computer skills, a logical approach and creative eye
• Must be able to handle the pressures of live programming and limited time constraints
• Able to work flexible, non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays

Not Required but preferred experience:

• Knowledgeable of iNews
• Knowledge and passion for major sports (NBA, MLB, NHL, US Soccer, etc)
• Knowledgeable of new technologies available or on the horizon

Your New Role

*** *** seeks a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician II for our *** Center and Techwood Maintenance departments.

To safely and efficiently test, repair, and install new and existing equipment and systems; maintenance and repair of all mechanical components, systems and structures as directed; and contribute efforts and ideas which will insure their proper operations, performance and reliability.Equipment includes but is not limited to high pressure steam boilers, low pressure steam boiler, 400-1000 ton chillers, electric motors, air handlers, Deaerator tank, heat exchangers, air compressors, all types of pumps, fire safety systems and components, heat pumps, exhaust fans, intake fans and cooling towers. This position supports 24/7 365 days a year on air operations at the *** Center, *** campus and other off-site locations, critical TGR Rooms, Data Centers and tenants and the South Tower of the Omni Hotel and the Northyards Field Engineering Shop. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Your Role Accountabilities

Boiler Operator and Mechanic

• Take daily readings on the boilers and safety devices. The boilers are used to supply steam for our heating in the winter months, we also provide domestic hot water to the south tower of the Omni Hotel 24/7 365 days a year. Weekly testing of the boiler water. Water testing is done to insure we are putting the proper chemicals in our boilers to expand the life of the boiler and make the boilers more efficient. Daily, weekly safety and maintenance checks on the boilers, make repairs to the boiler as needed. Annually preparing the boiler for state inspection by punching the tubes and cleaning out the water section and firebox. There are (4) 200 horsepower high pressure steam boilers in Central Plant and (1) 80 horsepower low pressure boiler at Williams Street.

Chiller operator

• Take readings daily on the chillers. Making sure we are operating the chillers effectively and efficiently. If more chillers are needed bring more online, if we must shut down chillers shut more down. The chillers provide cooling water to all *** C and the South Tower of the Omni Hotel. To keep *** on air, these chillers must be operating always. (1) 1800 Ton Natural Gas chiller, (2) 1500 Ton chillers, (2) 400 Ton chillers are at the *** C and at the *** campus (4) 1,000 ton chillers, (1) 400 ton chiller and (1) 140 ton chiller.
• Cooling tower checks, cleaning, and repairs. The cooling towers are essential to the life of the chillers. Without the proper temperature and or quality of the water the chiller could have a short life span. Daily checks on the chemical levels in the condenser water, daily checks on the levels and towers themselves. Yearly cleaning of the towers. Making necessary repairs as needed on the cooling towers throughout the year.
• Daily and weekly fire system checks and repairs. For the safety of all tenants, visitors and hotel guests, the fire protection system must be operating correctly. This is done by daily and weekly checks and keeping track of when the checks were done. Some repairs to the fire safety system are needed to pass quarterly and annually inspections. Respond to daily hot, cold and any calls related to the HVAC Department. Make the proper adjustments to satisfy the client, trouble shoot and repair any malfunctioning part.
• Provide training to all new employees, HVAC I's, and unqualified personnel on all systems in the Central Plant and at *** C and the *** campus. Submit ideas to the Lead and HVAC Manager to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and saving money at the same time. Update the emergency response procedures to match any changes to building systems and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Universal EPA or CFC license is required (?)
• Minimum of four years of practical commercial plant experience
• Master level knowledge of mechanical and electrical components, systems, and structures, tools, test instruments, and proper procedures for installation and repair of equipment including steam, hot water, chilled water, air conditioning, and general facilities care and cleaning.
• Ability to safely operate portable hand & power tools as well as working knowledge of computers, controls, electrical systems
• Must have strong written & verbal communication and be detail-oriented
• Utility services, reading drawing and specification, general construction practices, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting practices is preferred
