Job Description
*** Sports Next, an *** company, is hiring an Operations Analyst. This role will support the Business Operations teams' efforts within *** Sports Next, focusing predominately on the Golf business. The role will primarily support the day-to-day administration of the compensation plan for GolfNow Sales organization as well as ensuring accuracy and health of revenue generating inventory aligns with expected returns from contractual agreements with golf courses. The ideal candidate will use their organizational and analytical skills to maintain, further, and accurately administer compensation plan das *** ards, progress to goals, and communicate granular course level analysis results with various departments within *** Sports Next.
- Make accurate temporary inventory adjustments based on submissions from account owners within necessary turnaround times set by Revenue Leadership team
- Evaluate the health of revenue generating inventory in assigned Areas and provide recommended solutions to Sales and Business Services as well as Revenue Leadership team
- Collaborate with Pricing and RP&A teams within the Revenue team to ensure configuration of inventory allows for proper strategic pricing and allocation of revenue
- Ownership of day-to-day administration of *** Sports Next Golf business Sales compensation plan and regularly communicate performance to goals with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership.
- Ownership of account owner and executive level compensation plan performance das *** ards including: KPIs, visuals, data integrity, etc
- Develop and maintain SQL code, stored procedures, and shared data sources to power das *** ards in reporting platforms for goal progress monitoring
- Perform detailed revenue impact analyses for contractual agreement modifications and new prospects for the Sales organization
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 1+ years of financial or revenue/sales planning & analysis experience
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools and reporting tools like SQL, Tableau, etc is preferred
- Self-motivated to work independently as well as collaborate on team projects while meeting deadlines and project needs
- Convey information through both verbal and written communication in a professional manner
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, and with strong attention to details and accuracy
