Domestic Outdoor Mechanicals - Perm Bulletins
- *** allocated custom buys
- Canadian print and digital bulletins
- Generic and custom digital and print bulletins
Special Projects - Assist head of print production on any and all special projects that come into the department
Distribution - Responsible for distribution of all domestic related files to internal employees
Standees - Supply assets to vendors for execution of standee ideas
- Provide comprehensive kickoff notes and re-caps on creative meetings concerning standees
- Schedule and collaborate on creative meetings involving standee construction and design
- Schedule standee installation and coordinate set-up
Qualifications/skillsBasic qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing/Advertising or related/similar field preferred
- 5 + years work experience in print marketing or advertising required
- Proficient with Adobe Creative applications, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Desired skills: - Studio experience preferred
- Print production department experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and able to work well under time constraints
- Be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple project elements simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment required
- Have a strong attention to detail

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 92,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
