Job Summary/Description:
We are seeking an organized and creative professional to lead our digital sales efforts in the role of Digital Sales Manager. This position works in tandem with the Local and General Sales Manager on business development for the station, specifically championing digital sales.
Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Driving digital revenue growth and ensuring all digital budgets and goals are met or exceeded with a focus on new local direct business
- Providing digital training to the sales team
- Assisting Account Executives in presenting and closing digital business
- Developing sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials
- Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success
- Overseeing digital pricing and revenue forecasting
- Promoting a winning, positive culture
- Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with Multi *** Consultants and advertisers
- Working in tandem with the General Sales Manager on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
- Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management and pricing strategies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- College Degree Preferred
- Strong leadership skills, highly organized
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to their budgets and goals while helping them achieve success
- Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
- Presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, manage time wisely, and prioritize projects and people
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social *** , etc.
- The ideal candidate would have a minimum of three years of digital sales experience; some Sales Management experience preferred
