We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic video marketing agency with a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Video Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking locations of digital shoot footage, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with producers, editors and clients to make sure goals are hit on time. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
Track and consolidate shoot footage, managing file organization, and maintaining accurate records for easy retrieval and future use.
Collaborate with videographers, editors, and other team members to gather necessary footage and assets for video projects.
Ensure all shoot footage is labeled, cataloged, and stored appropriately in our digital asset management system.
Monitor project timelines, proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production phases.
Collaborate with the creative team to review and provide feedback on video drafts, ensuring they align with client expectations and industry standards.
Conduct quality assurance checks on final video deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video marketing to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional results.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing client expectations throughout the production process.
Assist in budget management and resource allocation for video projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in coordination, or project management within a post-environment or similar environment.
Proficient in digital asset management systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of video production.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
