Responsibilities (What you'll do)

Execution of monthly and year-end closings, ensuring accurate results are delivered on time.
Prepare and record routine and complex journal entries and accruals.
Perform detailed research and analyses of P&L accounts, Balance Sheet, and various sub-ledgers. Prepare reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies on a routine and proactive basis.
Generate, prepare, and distribute reports in support of month end close processes.
Prepare and review cash generated/(used).
Prepare entries and maintain reports for investments.
Maintain monthly forecast and prepare annual GL budgets.
Cash responsibility to record daily transactions and bank reconciliations. This includes involvement in cash applications with wire transfers, voids, and bank sweeps.
Daily cash das *** ard reporting to C-Suite executives using Excel and PowerBI.
Responsible for a variety of GL functions such as intercompany reporting, order-to-cash, procure to pay, record to report, payroll, and benefit processes.
Work cross functionally with Corporate teams, in addition to other group accounting teams.
Prepare support for external and internal audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and assist in refining accounting processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvements.

Skills and Experience (Who you are)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant.
3+ years Big 4 accounting firm experience required.
Corporate accounting experience preferred.
Experience with major ERP systems required (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP).
Experience in data analytic projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very detailed oriented and organized.
Ability to work under time pressure, to prioritize workload, and meet strict deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate across all levels of the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION
*** Sports is looking for a Freelance Graphics Coordinator to join their team in Charlotte, NC. As the Freelance Graphics Coordinator, you will exist as a liaison *** ween various production arms within the FSMG and the graphics department. The line management for the position is from the Freelance Graphics Coordinator to the Director, Production and RSN Integration, to the Senior *** President, Graphic Production, to Executive *** President/Creative Director, Graphics.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, research, and process all requests for graphic creation from assigned production and follow through to completion and delivery
Establish communication with Coordinating Producer to ensure proper scheduling and tracking of projects
Deal with day-to-day operations of all production in progress through producers
Compile and maintain all compilation reels for assigned production along with seasonal updates
Attend all project related meetings, take notes and distribute
Follow-up with logs, style guides, and tool kits
Schedule and supervise edit and audio sessions as needed
Work with Graphics Technology group within department for all elements (including style guides) needed to complete remote and studio deliveries
Assist assigned designer, artist or operator in creation of requested graphic by supplying all necessary information for project; goal should be to minimize repetitive work through editorial errors
Establish and maintain communication to appropriate technical personnel in order to ensure proper completion and delivery of graphic request
Maintain working knowledge of all production relating to graphics at all times
Assist producers in timely delivery of all sales enhancements
Accurately QC elements both on tape and digital formats
This position will require non-standard hours, such as early morning or evening shifts
Work weekends and requested rotational shifts when necessary
Take on additional tasks as needed

A strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Strong working knowledge of all digital graphic file formats and their appropriate applications
Basic understanding of on-air graphic systems
Working knowledge of all graphic systems in department and how they relate to one another and to the equipment of requesting party
Strong working knowledge of all department technologies relating to file transfer from studio to remote production units
Fundamental understanding of time management technique
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Working knowledge of file sharing and its implications for graphic production
