Looking for a driver to work on a shoot starting tomorrow morning! Driver will need to be available between 6 AM - 9 PM tomorrow, and able to drive between Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx.

Responsibilities:
Manage calendar for company executive and occasionally support other executives with meetings
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
Answer and respond to phone calls and email; communicate messages and information
Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements as necessary
Plan and organize events such as screenings, company retreats, and film festival receptions
Work collaboratively with other team members and executives
Perform on-site services for live events including coordinating access, credentials and hosting talent

Music festival experience a plus but not required. This role would require an on site creator, but we are also interested in a potential offsite creator to send footage to mid show. Major NYC area music festival video team needs DIT on set during music festival days to ingest and help organize footage. Upwards to 9 cameras, the role is to work with head editor and assistant editors.

We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Director for an exciting upcoming shoot in with a major beverage brand in New York City. This project involves following a fleet of trucks around Manhattan and coordinating multiple camera setups, including drone footage, mobile cameras, and strategically placed shooters. The shoot will also include capturing footage at a large event in Brooklyn.

We'll handle the scheduling, call sheets, etc-- but do ask that you're available for a pre-production call with the full team (likely on Thursday 5/30), and for a call (likely on Friday 5/31) with just the producer / director / DP.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the team in planning and executing the shoot
-Ensure all teams are in sync, on time, and capturing the necessary footage.
-Facilitate communication between the director, camera operators, and other crew members.
-Help set up and capture footage at a large event in Brooklyn.
-Ensure all equipment and team members are prepared and in position on schedule.
-Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shoot.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as an Assistant Director in video production.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-Experience coordinating complex shoots with multiple camera setups.
