This person will provide distribution planning and analysis support for content sales to U.S., Canada, and global accounts, and for TWDC's direct-to-consumer services worldwide ( *** and territory responsibilities will vary depending on skills and experience).

Responsibilities:
Support India and EMEA region account deal analysis and post-sale deal management for linear, AVOD, SVOD, channel deals ( *** and territory responsibilities will vary depending on skills and experience):

Support TWDC's Content Sales team, Business Operations, Legal, Finance and Accounting in all licenses of TWDC content to linear, AVOD and SVOD clients, both pre-sale and post-sale.
Provide accurate and timely availability of all content (long form feature films, *** + originals, episodic content, promos, bonus, interstitials, etc.), respecting complex rights holdbacks and restrictions stemming from existing licenses, underlying rights and/or music issues, various MVPD restrictions, first-party channel programming priorities and availability of assets.
Provide robust financial analysis and content valuation for all content licensing deals, in collaboration with stakeholders in each territory.
Prepare deal and negotiation summaries for senior executive decision support.
Administer and manage all such deals in the rights management system (Rightsline); manage all post-entry workstreams, e.g., draft and send notices (start dates, new seasons, etc.), license fee calculations, preparing invoice backups, asset delivery, etc.
Track deal options, MFNs, and expirations.

Support management of TWDC's direct-to-consumer (DTC) services:

Provide accurate and timely availability of all content (long form feature films, DTC originals, episodic content, promos, bonus, interstitials, etc.) for our DTC services, respecting complex holdbacks and restrictions stemming from existing licenses, underlying rights and/or music issues, various MVPD/BDU restrictions, and availability of assets.
Assist in the development of global and regional content windows and guidelines, coordinating *** ween DTC and Content Sales teams, and enter and maintain such guidelines, by territory, in *** Platform Distribution's rights management system (Rightsline).
Review and adjust rights entries with regional DTC and Content Sales teams on a quarterly basis to support preparation of DTC quarter-end accounting statements.
Support ongoing content valuation of DTC by providing global market data and comps.
Provide critical rights management support for DTC territory launches, new features, and emerging business models.

Strategic Projects

Create analysis and presentation materials in response to ad hoc senior executive and client requests that may include new distribution strategies, sales reporting for audits and finance, market trends and best practices.
Work with Finance and planning on Content Sales ultimates, annual operating plans, and long-range plan presentations.
Assist legal with guild and participation audits.
Liaise with asset delivery teams and business operations on servicing issues.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

At least 3 years in the *** & entertainment industry
At least 2 years of direct experience with *** distribution
Deep experience with financial modeling, complex financial analysis, advanced Excel skills and experience with analyzing large amounts of data
Strong facility with interpretation and analysis of contracts, and basic contractual drafting (e.g., notices).
Strong facility with PowerPoint and presenting to executives
Proven track record in effectively managing and building strong relationships with a broad array of stakeholders

YOUR NEW ROLE:

This position exists to support the Procure to Pay workstream of *** Discovery WBD. This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.

YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Deliver world class / proactive customer ser *** to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures

*** Universal's Cyber Threat Operations team is responsible for providing cyber threat intelligence, event analysis, incident response and threat hunting for all areas of *** Universal in a highly collaborative, fast paced, and agile fashion. As a member of the Cyber Response team, a candidate can expect to utilize their technical expertise to assess, contain, and re *** te cyber threats. The Senior Cyber Event Analyst is responsible for analysis, escalation and initial response actions of security events and alerts to incidents.

The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of current and relevant security technologies and how to apply them to cyber event analysis and response actions. They would also be able to utilize a clear investigative methodology with a focus on preserving evidence and analyzing data to form conclusions that will steer response directions. Any experience analyzing and responding to security events and incidents with practical and working knowledge of response analysis methodologies and enhancing security response processes would also be ideal.

The role involves regular interaction with various groups and leadership within the organization in order to accomplish job responsibilities. Working under the direction of the Cyber Response Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the following activities:

Day-to-day operational tasks related to the ongoing support of Cyber Operations.
Responsible for documenting evidence throughout the incident life cycle, conducting shift handovers, escalating security events to incident response, and providing support during cyber security incidents

Work with Senior Team Lead to build and implement performance marketing strategy for a select number of theatrical and streaming titles including operations, optimizations, audiences, pacing, and bids across *** Entertainment Studio Content Marketing campaigns
Manage, build and implement comprehensive, omni-platform audience data strategy - inclusive of first-party, second-party, and third-party data
Lead, build and implement auction bid, pacing, and optimization strategies to improve *** performance
Proactively identify and interpret key *** performance drivers, and deliver insights to optimize spend and performance of *** as aligned with business goals
Manage ad buying platforms including Google Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, etc - as well as work with internal and external sales and ad operations teams associated with each
Partner effectively with the sales and support teams of ad buying platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Google DV360, and The Trade Desk
Implement ongoing, rigorous test and learn cadence to benchmark and improve performance marketing in partnership with Marketing Science and Marketing Analytics to benchmark the performance of current strategies and tactics or to explore and prove out innovative approaches and opportunities
Interpret, analyze and share analyses and findings from titles, data testing and performance marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing Science and *** Agency Analytics teams
Working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams as well as our external *** agency to continuously improve and achieve success across all marketing efforts
Participate as a member of a cohesive and collaborative, cross-functional Performance Marketing team
Maintain daily communication with the *** agency performance marketing activation teams in order to ensure accurate implementation of performance marketing campaign
Support internal teams when necessary with ad hoc projects
Maintain and share knowledge of *** technology, buying platforms, analytics tools and business processes with pod members and other relevant business partners

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of Marketing experience to include validated experience in Advertising *** (primarily Digital *** ), *** Analytics or Social/Programmatic Auction Buying
Experience with ad platforms including DMPs, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Innovid, LiveRamp and DSPs (Google DV360, Trade Desk, Verizon *** Group)
Strong analytical skills to include a high proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, SUMIFs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of ad technology ecosystem
Passion for entertainment and The *** *** brands
Validated ability to lead multiple projects effectively that meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using SQL
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker
Experience working with cross functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $124,000 - $166,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
