You will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management.
What You Will Do
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure that Account, Creative, and Production are aligned and aware of key project milestones. Update timelines as needed and call out potential co *** icts.
- Shepherd projects from beginning to end as the established "go to" person on progress and status, and ensure projects are updated in Workfront as milestones are met
- When developing timelines, ensure that internal and external partner input is accounted for (Public Relations, Public Affairs, Customer Engagement, *** , etc.)
- Lead weekly status meetings with core team to ensure everyone is aware of where projects are in the pipeline and near-term deliverables
- Proactively call out scheduling, resource or other issues well in advance and offer up creative solutions for addressing them
- Ensure the team is aware of timing implications on requested changes and communicate to all impacted partners
- Follow up with teams to ensure revisions are being made and shared with CDs and Creative VP prior to the next regroup
- Act as the liaison *** ween Account, Creative, and Business Affairs to ensure all work is being vetted at the appropriate stages Project Manager
- Partner with Account Management to initiate projects in Workfront
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Solid understanding of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively lead a high volume of projects and related tactics once they come into the agency... leading the details and timelines from project inception to delivery
- Strong at viewing both the big picture while still being very detail oriented; highly accountable to delivering what is expected on-time
- Effective relationship building skills with Account, Creative, and Production peers, and ability to i *** uence and demonstrate those relationships to get the work done; seen as a core part of the team
- Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills, not just adhering to project dates that have been established, with a sense of urgency
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the full agency process and ability to be flexible... looking at all project deliverables to determine overlap, find efficiencies, and prioritize across work businesses and projects
- Motivated self-starter, ability to work independently with minimum direction
- 3-5 years of professional marketing, ad agency, project management, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of the full agency Project Management process
- Experience with Work Front and/or other project management tools
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
