POSITION: Administrative Assistant to Executive Producer / Activism for Anonymous Content.
FOCUS: Live Multi Network Education Special September 8 – production + wrap window.
TERM: Immediate start through September 30th with potential to continue.
Candidate should possess superior organizational / communication skills, be detail–oriented, computer proficient, resourceful, proactive, maintain an impeccable level of professionalism and discretion and have the ability to multi-task with strong interest(s) in production, music, entertainment and cause activism.
This position interfaces with VIPs across a broad range of categories, including but not limited to: entertainment professionals including producers, writers, network executives, and talent representatives.
This role is a critical hub across a variety of teams.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Two years relevant experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a production-related field. Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong multi-tasker who thrives on the ability to develop and see multiple projects simultaneously through to successful completion; strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Drive administrative tasks forward, while tracking and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate information effectively and efficiently to appropriate parties.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Apple software (includes Keynote), Google Docs and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SCHEDULING
- Maintain daily schedule for Executive Producer.
- Schedule on site, off-site and phone/conference call meetings.
- Send nightly and weekly schedule emails to Executive Producer.
- Take detailed notes on all meetings and conference calls.
- Book conference rooms for on-site meetings.
- Receive and direct on-site visitors.
COMMUNICATIONS
Maintain clear and efficient communications with a variety of teams including:
- Show Production, Project Manager, Brand Agency, Digital + Transmedia Teams
- Client Team
PROJECTS
Assist Executive Producer with:
- Projects from development through to execution.
- Tracking of all talent asks on a daily basis.
- Efficient filing and organization of all project documents.
- Maintain Show Binders.
RESEARCH
- Research for all education show related topics such as talent credits, education stories, etc.
TRAVEL
- Book travel, create and manage itineraries for Executive Producer.
- Submit travel and expenses for reimbursement to Anonymous Content on behalf of Executive Producer.
