We are looking for a 2-3 Casting Associates for a MAJOR FILM and TRIPLE AAA VIDEO GAME Title.

Casting directors read scripts and collaborate with producers, directors, and writers to create breakdown notices, which are brief descriptions of the physical attributes, skills, and experience sought in actors to portray particular characters. With the aid of casting assistants, casting directors submit these breakdown notices to agents and talent agencies. Casting directors then receive actors' headshots and resumes, which they must sift through to select the most qualified actors and schedule them for auditions, often with the help of casting assistants.

Responsibilities

Study script to understand all speaking roles.
Collaborate with directors and producers to determine a role’s requirements .(physical characteristics, experience etc.).
Prepare casting budget with the help of accountants.
Contact agents directly to source ideal actors.
Review resumes and call suitable actors.
Organize auditions and readings.
Interview actors and determine their suitability for the part.
Determine actor’s fees.
Negotiate contracts to achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer high volume phone calls & emails, schedule meetings and organize both in coming and out going mail for senior producer
Oversee coordination and detailed documentation for weekly pitch meeting with showrunner
