Work on a docuseries of medical nature in which part of the time will be spent on location in a city outside of Los Angeles.

Under the supervision of the corporate Manager of Clearances, the Clearance Coordinator will assist with:

- Clips/stills/materials clearance
- Cut reviews
- Tracking releases
- Network deliverables
- Document organizing & archiving
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant television clearance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer and research skills
- High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
- Ability to take direction, work independently when necessary, and manage time to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, proactive in asking questions, and resourceful in problem solving

Initial 3-month, full-time assignment (with the possibility of future projects)
