An international unscripted TV Production Company is seeking a full-time Development Assistant to support the U.S. Development team.

Candidates must possess the following skills:

• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Keynote.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and grammatical skills are a must for day-to-day email correspondence. In addition to development sales materials, PowerPoints, and Keynote project decks.
• Exceptional calendar maintenance skills are a must. Experience rolling calls on a busy phone necessary as well.
• Compiling and tracking status reports, development project grids, and project talent lists.
• Scheduling meetings for a busy development department.
• Maintaining and uploading development files to the company shared drive.
• Pulling source high-res videos and photo materials.
• Ability to perform basic editing on iMovie or Avid.
• The ideal candidate will have a 4-year undergraduate degree and TV production experience. Agency experience is also a plus.
• Must have a great attitude, in addition to being a reliable team player.
