Junior Development Coordinator
Growing production company looking for a junior development coordinator to start within three weeks. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the schedule of two development executives, and also assist in the creation of development projects, both scripted and unscripted, from concept to series. Note: scheduling is a minor part of this job, and will not be overwhelming. The creative part will be amazing, as you will work first hand with the President and VP of Development on treatments, pitching, presentations and pilot or series.
The applicant should be sharp, detail oriented and hungry to succeed. Previous exec assist experience or agency experience a bonus, but not a deal breaker. Good sense of humor and creative at writing. Graphics know-how a must. Treatments are done on Mac Pages or Keynote, so Mac App wizards are warmly welcomed.
This is a highly confidential position and the assistant will be working a celebrity directly. A nice one too. NDA will be required.
This is an entry level position, with a rate of $750 a week with a minimum of 25 weeks. Relaxed production hours (10a-6p) with an occasional production shoot day (7a-7p).
