Busy NY based Production Company currently seeking energetic coordinator with strong admin experience. TV fanatics, pop-culture junkies, and all-around production-minded people are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in unscripted television a must. The coordinator will report directly to the Director of Development. This position is full-time through September, with potential to extend.

Job Details/Requirements:
• Answering phones
• Assisting SVP as needed
• Scheduling for calls, meetings, etc.
• Tracking and managing credit card and petty cash reconciliations
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Managing office vendors
• Paying all office bills and invoices
• Paying all freelancer payments (including invoices and timecards)
• Processing all new hire paperwork
• Travel coordination and logistics
• Troubleshooting IT issues with tech departments in our other offices
• Coordinating with post departments in our other offices (shipping drives, etc.)
• Managing contact information (network/talent emails, phone numbers, etc.)
• Managing files – digital and hard copies
• Scheduling/coordinating Development shoots as needed
• Ordering gear as needed
• Assisting development team with creative as needed
