Our team is seeking a development producer who can help move two or three of our show ideas from the concept stage to ready to pitch to networks. Ideal applicants live and work in the Austin area and have several years experience working in show development in the unscripted television industry. We think an applicant who has documentary experience would be a huge bonus for the types of shows we have in the pipeline, but applicants must also have proven experience working as a producer in development, production or post-production of a reality show. We are looking for a producer who has strong skills as a writer, interviewer, and storyteller as well as someone with an easy-going attitude matched with a dedication to do a good job.
