How you'll make an impact:

The Director , Facilities Project Management and Space Planning will: Maintain an accurate database of *** properties system-wide, including built environment, employee work locations, and occupied, bookable, and vacant workspaces. The Director of Product, Generative AI is tasked with extending our AI/ML capabilities to power innovation across all areas of the *** business. *** has already built deep learning models that deliver personalized content recommendations for each user. This new role will look for additional opportunities where AI can be applied to solve user and business needs (e.g. generative AI for image personalization, automated metadata tagging, automated captions generation, and more).

We are looking for a product leader who can stay up to date on the latest AI trends (with an eye on what's next) and has deep experience building AI powered products. A successful candidate will be creative to look at problems in new ways, disciplined in using experiments to validate hypotheses, collaborative to get things done across a matrixed organization, and an excellent communicator.

In this role, you will:

Define a strategy for evaluating and developing new AI powered capabilities across the business.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of product strategy/management experience within the *** or consumer technology space, with a preference for experience at a streaming service. This may include time as a data scientist or ML engineer.

Consumer-centric view with a proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights.
Significant experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, user testing, and analytics software.

Pay Range
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
