We will be conducting interviews with CEOs of several technology companies and also Directors of NGOs that are working together on a specific project. The styles do not need to match, but every second of footage has to be amazing. Yes you can do a second take, but doubt you will have the time for a third.
Locations and angles will be pre-chosen by you the day prior and sent to me and the producers the day before for approval via phone.
Some of us will be lucky and get an entire day with the person, some will get 10 minutes. So it's priority that we pre-produce this well.
Day 1 - location scout / broll
Day 2 - shoot interview / broll
Day 3 - upload footage or Fedex drive
Footage has to be cinematic, mixture of lighting, depth of field, etc.
You are able to have a sound person and a PA to assist, but of course budget is important, so don't go crazy. If you don't have people, we will find and assign them.
Please send us your reel for interviews and any other you may consider necessary, your day rates and budget for crew. We have budget for a car rental and incidentals so no need for that. Please also let us know if you are insured or need to be under our insurance. And also the camera system you would like to use.
We mostly shoot with Blackmagic URSA because of its cinematic look without the price overkill and with Sony a7sII and F series. But we are open to most professional systems.
Depending on your city or nearby cities you may have more than 1 person to interview, all locations need to be scouted in Day 1 for each city, but depending on amount of interviews there maybe several shooting days.
