- Develops, edits, and manages a list of approximately 10-15 titles per year with minimal supervision from Sr. Editorial staff.This includes: providing line and overarching edits to authors; writing detailed plot and character outlines for ghostwritten and development projects; writing and editing cover and promotional copy; maintaining author and publisher schedules.
- Pitches and develops story and property ideas, from one-liners to full plot treatments. Development goal is to sell 4 original projects per year.
- Initiates and maintains relationships with writers (for existing and new projects), editors, publishers, and agents.

Work Experience
