We’re looking for a self-starter and nimble thinker that is excited to be part of one of the most dynamic industries right now, Virtual Reality. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations demonstrating consistent strong verbal and written communication; effective administrative and organizational skills; and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.


Proactive calendar management, including continuous shifting of meetings and schedules

Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel rates and reservations, and car services in accordance with personal travel preferences

Organize internal offsite meetings, retreats, and events

Manage and submit monthly expense reports through corporate system

Execute projects including researching information and preparing presentations

Ensure priorities are managed; daily and long-term requests are addressed

Ensure meeting arrangements are completed accurately and include all appropriate materials, conference/video call set-up and catering services if required.  

Ensure quality, consistency and timeliness of all meeting/event deliverables and communications
 

Qualification Requirements

Positive, intuitive/proactive, and collaborative team player

Superior judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality

Must be a highly organized and solutions-driven go-getter with ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail, handle multiple priorities at once, manage time effectively, and maintain composure in a fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Hands on experience expediting business projects in support of a C suite executive in a complex organization 

The ideal candidate must be highly flexible, and motivated, with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Experience managing a highly changeable calendar with extreme tact and diplomacy is essential 

This person must have the ability to quickly learn the organizational structure and the objectives of the team as well as dealing with complexity and ambiguity within the organization

Candidates must show demonstrated experience interfacing with high level executives from diverse arenas 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times 

Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task with a track record as a strategic thinker capable of foreseeing impact of simultaneous projects

Strong judgment, decision making, time management, and prioritizing skills.  Must be energetic, positive, outgoing, and resourceful
