Hi everyone!! Looking for a very experienced show runner for a new series on DIY. You must have renovation/build experience as this show will include a lot of builds, tear downs, and renovations. Also, you must have experience with ensemble casts. Please have a minimum of 10 credits as an executive producer and at least 4-5 with a scripps network. This show is a really fun one with a great cast and is set in a beautiful part of the country. Looking for someone who is a real professional, comes with a team, and knows how to run field and post. Source and recruit top-notch journalists
Participate in coordinating all aspects of coverage, from breaking news to enterprise story production and news specials.
Ensure that news coverage meets the 10 Tampa Bay brand, company policies, industry codes, FCC rules, and station values
Direct newsroom operations, review scripts, and manage schedules
Work with the news director and other managers to establish newsroom goals and work to develop and further brand

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, related field, and/or news leadership experience

*** Connecticut is looking for an Executive Producer to oversee all elements of news programs and daily OTT newscast, as well as help inspire and coach a talented, passionate staff. This position coordinates the content and presentation of broadcasts under the direction of the Assistant News Director and VP of News.

Essential Functions :

Assist VP of News, Assistant News Director and Managing Editor in managing the day-to-day news operation.
Participate in daily planning meetings.
Contribute ideas for news programming based on the *** Connecticut News Strategy.
Oversee show production.
Share responsibility for determining the composition and flow of all newscasts, selecting video, writing, and copy-editing stories.

Work with Assistant News Director to ensure training and coaching is provided for Producers.

Qualifications
