OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed, and motivated swiss army knife who is interested in building something from the ground up, primarily focused on coordinating office/production logistics.

The position is based in our L.A. office, but may require some field production work in and outside the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help contribute creative ideas and research during story development and pre-production
• Support the production team in post by sending/receiving raw footage drives, ensuring editors have all project components needed for efficient editing, logging, transcribing, and ensuring that cuts are on schedule
• Coordinate office logistics and assist with production logistics
• Oversee project and office budgets with minimal oversight
• Assist in the selection of and manage vendors utilized in post production process and work with accounts payable for fulfillment
• Upload completed projects to our platform and assist with the PR process of getting our work out into the world
• Possible field producing at times

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years experience in production-related industry (e.g., video, digital, content etc.)
• General understanding of all phases of video production from pre-production to post-production
• Strong attention to detail and drive to keep people on track
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
with the ability to track intricate project budgets
• Knowledge of how to build post-production timelines to keep editors on schedule for weekly posting goals
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, After Effects)
• Must have a current U.S. passport and be open to occasionally traveling in and outside the country with minimal lead time

What You'll Do

The Director of Live Services on the Internal Games team will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and running all central game product management processes related to launching, operating, and optimizing live ser *** games for our internal game *** . What You'll Do
