We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to form a small, nimble in-house production team. As ClassPass grows its digital content offerings, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, live-streamed fitness workouts for a modern audience. You will have access to the latest technological innovations, top instructor talent, and a baked-in audience platform. Your goal will be to produce a live format workout that is interactive, immersive and scales across various fitness genres. You will work in tandem with ClassPass product managers, designers, and engineers to to deliver a workout experience that customers love.

What you'll do:

Lead and develop multimedia content (video/audio) for live workout classes, on-demand content, external promotional videos and product marketing videos
Work closely with Director/DP to plan and produce live programming schedule
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define objectives, scope projects, establish creative direction, and manage budget and timelines
Develop scripts, own production schedule, hire additional crew and talent
Creatively problem-solve using equipment, set design, and other resources to bring ideas to life
Hold auditions and plan rehearsals for instructor talent; coach and direct talent
Manage additional crew for live-stream execution; ensure all transportation, equipment, internet and power needs are met
Record and edit video and audio projects, including selecting program format for final output, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, managing video library
Evaluate analytics to make programming recommendations

Your role?

You will be a Senior Producer on one of ILM's Features being created in Sydney. You will be a part of a 70+ person Production team at *** in Moore Park, with the wider team distributed globally. You will be working together with some of the best and brightest in the VFX industry, you will have ownership of bidding, budget, and forecasting responsibilities on this project whilst creating, organising, and maintaining the overall project schedule. What will you be doing?

Partner with key creatives to develop the approach for creating the effects work and provide clients with estimates of budget and schedule.
