What's the Role?

As a Data Product Owner, you'll help us improve and grow our offering of Listed Derivatives data. Using your deep market knowledge and understanding of our technical platforms, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing strategies to enable efficient discoverability of derivatives products and fields, as well as to facilitate seamless interoperability of our data with other *** data sets. Tune in and troubleshoot satellite receivers to record programs for air and check for quality. Tune in and troubleshoot microwave and IP-delivered live shots and feeds. Monitor on air product to ascertain problems with transmission such as loss of audio or video. Help identify and troubleshoot technical problems. Prepare report describing problems encountered during transmission of programing. Transfer programming and commercials from server to automation system. Check timing of segments on programming. Maintain high degree of quality control. Perform FCC required compliance procedures. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry changes. Operate camera, sound, lighting and equipment to cover live and taped events
Operate a camera for covering live news around games, practices and feature stories
Interacting with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room, and appropriate staff
Gather compelling video, natural sound and work with others to make sure it makes sure it gets distributed on the air

Our Team:

The Data Inventories and Integration team acts as the bridge *** ween modeling and the data at *** . This work includes managing the semantic and field inventories, working with subject matter experts to help onboard them to the Metadata tech stack, and much more! The team composition features technical specialists and data engineers to drive these initiatives.

What's the role?

Data Team Leaders are the frontline managers and play a critical role in developing and leading individuals with diverse experience and expertise spanning across several functions and subject matter areas.

As a Team Leader of the Data Inventories and Integration team, you will be pivotal in the development of our Metadata products at *** . The day-to-day will vary, some days you'll advise engineers on the development of infrastructure and platforms. Other days, you'll meet with Data teams to promote Metadata best practices. Your work will touch a multitude of domains across different groups.

*This role is open in either our Princeton, NJ or NYC Office!

We'll trust you to:

Invest in and develop team members' abilities to establish a deep domain expertise in their respective area of specialization, while promoting a culture of cross team collaboration
Collaborate with strategic partners on large-scale programs (technical and operational) with enterprise-wide i *** uence through effective data governance, cross-team organization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Balance operational stability and adoption of new technologies during implementation, while challenging stakeholders' past assumptions and promote new ways of thinking
Establish close partnerships with Engineering and Product counterparts on priorities and implementation roadmaps

You'll need to have:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field

1+ years of Python (or equivalent) programming and experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, graph, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, able to thrive in a fast-changing environment to establish strong credibility with counterparts across the organization
Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Exposure to metadata systems, data modeling, semantic technologies, linked data and/or knowledge graphs
