Thunder Child is staffing an event that combines the best of makers and creators. Guests will be able to explore interactive exhibits, get an up-close look at maker technology, and attend talks, panels, and small workshops with top creators. Our team members will support the Client team in ticketing/check-in, merchandise sales, event flow etc. to ensure guests have a great experience.

Describe Work Environment:
Event will be hosted in Daly City next to San Francisco.. Staff will be expected to stand or sit for long periods of time in a variety of stations depending on the staffing rotation. Project/event is over the weekend and will require morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:
Call all technical cues during discussions/panels
Ensure stage, light, & sound are set up and ready to go
Work directly with producers/Open Sauce team
Review and execute run of show
Work with talent team to ensure all speakers are checked in and ready

Experience/Requirements:
Must have experience with live shows/theater
Plus if you have knowledge of or are an active consumer of YouTube Creator content
Experience with VIP Talent
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness of guest interaction, safety, and overall guest experience
Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude
Must be at least 18 years of age upon start of employment
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Brainstorm Creative Resources is recruiting for a full-time, salaried, Operations Coordinator position on behalf of a media production firm with offices near Georgetown in Northwest, Washington, DC.

The hiring firm made a name for itself producing ads and videos for Democrats and Progressives in local, state, and national races. They also create branded content for some of the most recognizable and influential non-profit organizations, associations, and corporations in the country. Brainstorm Creative Resources has supported and maintained a close relationship with this firm since 2010.

The Operations Coordinator will facilitate business management activities and studio operations, interacting regularly with team members, clients, vendors, service providers, and the general public. Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

We are looking for an experienced production assistant to join us on a shoot in Baltimore, MD. Must be a great communicator, reliable, and efficient. Experience is required. Rate $300/10. We are looking at availability for May 23rd and May 24th. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.

We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant, used to working with small documentary crews or a few days filming in Minneapolis. Our crew is a UK team and is flying over for a few days to record sit down interviews and follow observational verity. We will work up to 12 hour days, and duties will include driving one of the crew's minivans, parking, getting craft, meals, waiting with kit and generally helping out.
