The Programmer Analyst will develop and implement high-quality data management software solutions for MarketProminence. In this role, you will collaborate with development leads, business partners, and the infrastructure team to design and deliver solutions to fulfill our client's requirements and meet their business goals. You'll use Oracle PL/SQL and Python and also work on data engineering problems and build a file manipulation and data processing engine. There will be opportunities to work on challenging and innovative projects, using the latest technology stacks within the AWS and OCI environments. A sound working understanding of IT concepts and the IT design & delivery life cycle is essential, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, document, and test solutions for data interchange and business process automation.
• Analyzing user requirements and translating them into efficient and effective database solutions.
• Enhancing file manipulation and data processing engine using Python, YAML, and various AWS and OCI services .
• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex database programs using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Writing clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.
• Developing and maintaining Oracle database objects such as tables, views, procedures, and functions .
• Optimizing database performance by creating indexes, analyzing query execution plans, and implementing performance tuning techniques.
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring code quality, and identifying areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
• Troubleshooting system problems/issues and looking for solution improvements.
• Developing technical documents to accurately represent solution design and code.

Experience Requirement:

• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Python development.
• Hands-on experience with data and workflow management applications, file manipulations, scripting languages
• Proven experience in Python and shell scripting.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate database solutions
• Ability to research and solve problems independently.
• General IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, continuous integration, documentation, standards, best practices, hardware.)
• Familiarity with software development and collaboration tools such as Git, TFS, Jira, Co *** uence
• Familiarity with software administration preferably on AWS, OCI, or another cloud environment.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but will consider a combination of experience and education
• Understanding of Network concepts and security.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work on Eastern Time Zone (EST).
• DBA and DevOps experience a plus.
• Familiarity with C#, .Net, Angular is a plus.
• Some familiarity with government health programs, especially Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, billing, and capitation is a plus.

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for building strong relationships in order to manage installed customer accounts. You will serve as the primary liaison *** ween MHK and its customers. Keys to this role include establishing a strong relationship with assigned customers and understanding their specific business needs. You will be a first responder to customer requests, ensure reported issues are addressed in a timely manner, coordinate configuration deployments, manage minor projects, and look for ways to continuously improve your assigned customers' processes by using increased MHK software functionality, and generate additional revenue for MHK.

OVERVIEW:

The Application Support Analyst supports users of the MarketProminence™ application by providing solutions to client enhancement requests or application issues. The Application Analyst will be required to demonstrate the aptitude to become an expert user in the modules of MarketProminence. The Application Analyst will also be testing and document new version s of software releases. The Application Analyst is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in every step of the client enhancement and unexpected behavior analysis. You will be required to track detailed information about each customer's ser *** or support request and document the diagnostic steps as they troubleshoot the reported problem. Research is often required to find the correct solution. Constant communication with customers and other team members is essential to be successful.

Position Duties:

• Triages software issues and resolve or escalate to other teams as required.
• Track, triage and resolve reported software application defects and support client configuration questions
• Prepares and helps resolve escalated JIRA ticket events.
• Monitor and log Tickets and Client Accounts and product specific knowledge repository
• Defined response to SLA's (Ser *** Level Agreement)
• Complete ticket management with escalation and ser *** level reporting
• Root Cause Analysis and Incident Analysis/Trending
• Take a role as the subject matter expert to review operational workflows of high degree of complexity and/or for multiple departments, identifying problems and developing improvements, modifications and enhancements.
• Coordinate configuration and/or code deployments as necessary
• Assist with the prioritization of initiatives by providing recommendations, documenting risks, and outlining mitigation strategies
• Other duties as required by manager

Requirements:

• Technical experience or training in information technology or information systems
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced customer centric ser *** setting
• Healthcare SaaS or health insurance industry experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and research skills with the ability to take responsibility and ownership for the problem and resolution
• Ability to write and communicate application problems with software developers and internal personnel as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service-oriented phone skills

Technical Requirements:

• Specialized experience working with database driven applications and business driven customization in a Software application environment.
• Some basic experience with relational databases, Oracle Database, SQL or Crystal Reports is required

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred but will consider combination of experience and education

As the Lead Program Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our client engagement, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional software solutions that simplify healthcare through technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Expertise:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines for assigned projects.
  • Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, product) to gather progress updates and address project needs.

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare insurance company.
  • Manage expectations, proactively address concerns, and ensure consistent communication and transparency.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to drive strategic alignment and project goals.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance and risk management processes.
• Strategic Leadership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external teams, providing valuable insights and problem-solving expertise.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement within the program.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure accountability

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Experience building and maintaining project plans utilizing an off-the-shelf project management tool like MS Project. Experience with JIRA is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with Change Management and the need to manage and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance landscape and its technological needs is a plus.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or PMP, PMI certification preferred.

• Local to Guilford, CT and able to collaborate onsite in-office as needed (preferred)

In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency laws, MHK is required to include a reasonable estimate of compensation for this role if hired in Connecticut. The reasonable estimate for base salary if hired is $120,000 - $135,000. Please note this information is only an estimate and specific to those hired in Connecticut.
