The Sr Director will lead the development and communication of a clear editorial and storytelling vision and plan aligned with *** 's overall marketing and business goals. This role requires understanding of both the development of new emerging products and steady growth of well-established businesses. To be successful, you will build and implement successful partner marketing strategies and plans based on a solid understanding of product capabilities, product marketing goals, and partner channel dynamics. This role will be a critical cross-functional partner to Distribution, Business Development/Strategic Partnerships, Ad Sales, Paid *** , Brand, and *** Owned + Operated *** teams.
Responsibilities: - Create and implement a partnerships strategy, promoting impactful and mutually beneficial collaborations that align with diverse client objectives.
- Help define which business areas to prioritize for partnerships by deepening our understanding of the commercial landscape, to *** ter understand partnership gaps, needs, and priorities.
- Define content plans based on market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
- Builds the materials to enable our partner-facing teams to execute on our goals quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with key partners to define content themes, priority narratives, and messaging.
- Partner closely with Distribution, Business Development/Strategic Partnerships, Brand, Ad Sales and *** Owned + Operated *** team.
- Partner with international marketing team to share standard processes and create a global playbook.
Basic Qualifications: - 12+ years experience in partner marketing, with 8+ years in a leadership role.
- A self-starter who can proactively and independently drive progress across multiple collaborator groups; highly collaborative, self-driven, and able to navigate through ambiguity.
Additional Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or relevant experience
- Passion for understanding our partners' businesses and finding ways to deliver win-win value.
- Ability to bring a partner-focused perspective to bear to i *** uence broader company decision making.
- Effective communicator with a confident and collaborative style, adept at aligning internal and external partners, extremely responsive and effective with both written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, customer segmentation, and digital marketing channels.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 186,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
