Construction Coordinator Production Jobs

Job Summary:

• Coordinate with end-user and design team throughout the procurement and construction periods and control, manage, supervise, administer the contractors and suppliers and ensure delivery of specified quality and within timeframes according to the contracts.
• Monitor and report progress of projects and identify program and quality divergence and recommend re *** l actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and end-user for hand-over of the project and follow up on the punch list at completion stage
• Assist to develop and review construction plan including phasing and conquencing, logistics, safety plan, quality control and delivery.
• Assist to develop, monitor and review Construction Scheduling in line with the Master construction plans and ensure updating is undertaken during the procurement and construction periods and ensure the assigned projects are completed with specified quality and time frame by effective scheduling and cost controls.
• Assist to develop and review the project management plan to plan, implement, monitor and review the project development in line with the project objectives.
• Assist to develop, prepare, administer and review the procurement approach and tender document at pre and post contract stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in building study / building surveying/ construction management/ engineering or architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in project and construction management role on large scale commercial/ retail/ hotel projects
• Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of organization and able to lead projects independently is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills required, able to balance the competing requirements of a wide variety of stakeholders and yet meeting delivery timeline and budget.
• Able to make decision independently as well as familiar with local statutory requirements, building codes and submission procedures
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

For our ad sales department we are recruiting a fixed-term contract (CDD for 6 months). Reporting to the Senior Planning Coordinator within the *** group's advertising and sales department, the Airtime Planner will be responsible for assisting the *** planning team in the programming and booking TV advertising campaigns.

What will you be doing?

• Programming TV advertising campaigns.
• Day-to-day management of the construction and optimisation of ongoing campaigns according to on-air availability and brief constraints.
• Monitoring compliance with contracts, budgets, deadlines and performance in conjunction with the TV sales team.
• Drawing up campaign reports.

• Higher education in Marketing & Commerce: Bac +3 minimum

Contexte:

Au sein du dpartement Content & Production de *** Discovery, vous intgrez l'quipe en charge de l'ditorialisation de contenus multi-plateformes et la production d'vnements sportifs pour des programmes diffuss sur les antennes d'Eurosport.

Cette quipe de 7 personnes, sous la responsabilite de notre Production Manager, gre l'ensemble des ressources d'Eurosport France travers le ple planification (pigistes, intermittents, permanents) et la production d'vnements sportifs sur le march franais.

Dans ce contexte vos principales missions consistent :

Vos missions:

Rattach.e notre Production Coordinator, vous contribuez la production de l'ensemble des projets audiovisuels et multimdia du dpartement Production lors des phases de mise en œuvre.

Vous assistez galement notre Resource Manager et notre Production Coordinator dans leurs tches quotidiennes de Back Office.

Enfin, vous participez la gestion des oprations d'administration de production et tes en support de l'quipe plus particulirement sur :

• La planification des phases de mise en œuvre des productions.
  
• L'ditorialisation des Catch Ups (MyCanal / Bouygues / *** ).
  
• Le suivi des projets avec le Production Manager.
  
• La gestion des Planning Rdaction / Digital : saisie MP/contrats pigistes/SAP.
  
• Le suivi administratif des collaborateurs permanents, non-permanents et des nouveaux collaborateurs (Changement d'adresse, RIB, CMB, Concur, Carte de Presse etc...).
  
• La gestion du planning des quipes (dplacements, ordres de mission, location, rservation).
  
• La participation aux tournages (rgie, organisation, soutien technique, ...).
  
• La validation et vrification des ASF.
  
• Le remplacement des titulaires lors de leurs congs.
  

Vous :

• Vous prparez un diplme de niveau Bac+4/5 minimum, en universit / cole spcialise en ditorialisation / production audivisuelle.
  
• Vous apprendrez les bases de la production audiovisuelle et des mtiers de la tlvision dans vos cours, et vous avez dj des notions sur l'administration de production (diffrents types de contrats, planification, droit du travail...).
  
• Votre niveau d'anglais est courant (niveau C1 minimum), l'oral comme l'crit.
  
• Vous avez des notions financires (construction d'un budget) et oprationnelles de gestion de budget (Excel, Google Sheets).
  
• Vous savez communiquer avec des interlocuteurs diffrents et tout niveau en interne et l'externe.
  
• Vous tes dot.e d'excellentes capacits rdactionnelles.

Job Description

This position will report to the Global Real Estate Director - Project Management and responsible for supporting the GRED-PM in all project management related functions related to modification and fit-out of leased or owned office properties across international portfolio.

The portfolio consists of multiple business divisions across >50 locations for our filmed entertainment and TV networks & production lines of business.

The role can be summarised across three key areas:

• Project Coordination and Support for Project Management activities
• Project Planning & reporting
• Administration and business unit support

Project Coordination and Support for Project Management Activities

• Coordinate and assist in the project management activities that are assigned
• Assist in the definition of clients briefs and key success factors
• Organise Meetings and Site Visits, minute taking as required
• General Project Costing and pre-tender estimates by liaising with consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors when required
• Review of tender returns and cost alignment ensuring compliance with tender documentation
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Ensure effective and successful delivery of any fit-out projects assigned either directly or via an external project manager, within defined scope, time & cost.
• Project planning including programming and project procurement
• Coordinate project monitoring and communications with all stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and provide status information on all projects
• Track project costs to ensure compliance to the brief
• Contract Management - Assist with Ser *** agreements and works contracts

Project Planning and Reporting

• Ensure communication and project reporting issued in timely manner as necessary.
• Forecasting - assist with the creation of budgets and economic analysis for projects, monitor cost and performance projections.
• Project Planning - create and track project timelines, report against baseline
• Prepare reports related to project activities.

Administration and business unit support

• Assist in the preparation of business case documents to support new project requests, including research and collation of information to create professional PowerPoint template business case documents.
• Raise project PO's and deal with enquires in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage general administrative tasks and perform efficiently under deadlines.

• Experience of appointing and managing external consultants.
• Proven work experience to develop the necessary communication, quantitative, and financial skills needed for the position.
• Working knowledge of commercial building construction and services engineering, preferably with design and fit-out experience.
• H&S knowledge / training would be advantageous
• Knowledge of JCT Contracts and PSA schedules of Rates would be advantageous
