In general, this position allows me the opportunity to regularly provide logistical analysis, production management and support on multiple productions from pre-production thru post including: document and materials organization, overseeing and adhering to actualizing budgets, overseeing crew paperwork, crew payroll, crew rate and terms negotiations, submitting COI requests, COI distribution, equipment acquisition and rentals and travel, production and crew scheduling, oversee travel arrangements for crew and talent, manage casting and talent sourcing and negotiation, regularly communicating with clients and talent representatives, reconciliations, expense reports, vendor management, studio communications, etc. When on set: Direct as needed, manage PAs, act as continuity lead and script supervisor, manage audio recordings. In Post Production: Manage content editing to ensure deliverables meet client's needs and exceed their expectations. In Office: Manage office PAs and staff, manage editing bays for newly filmed projects and works-in-progress, oversee new hires and provide all applicable training, review company financials against projected budgets, budgets in progress and budgets being closed, oversee production meetings and provide reports for works-in-progress, work with finance to ensure accurate invoice processing and itemization of all project expenses, manage permits, check requests and deposits, NDA's, appearance and location releases, W9's, etc.
