Test transmitters, check Frequencies in the area, prepare mic’ing materials each day, Mic-ing Talent (including child contestants, friends and family of contestants, judges, special guests) general transmitter and mic upkeep.

Prepping and Decking Videos, Digital Assets Coordinating, Tracking Status of edited Content for Live Broadcast, Matching Rundown and Playback Status. Provide Desktop editing support (Final Cut Pro) and Quality Control of videos/clips/audio/ for KTLA's LIVE NEWS. operating systems: OPUS, TONS, Clip-Edit, Final Cut Pro, VizRT.

Responsible for acquiring Locations in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, Assisting Line Producer and Field Producer with any and all logistical things, including clearance (locations) and Appearance Releases, etc, liaison for Day players (keep them informed of schedule), misc. things including catering and coordinating some segments of show.

Support the Production Team in all aspects on blocking days, Rehearsal days, Live Show days, and all other filming dates in July. La VOZ Kids is Telemundo's number 1 Rated Reality Competition Show.

Casting Auditions in LA: Registered participants, throughout the audition process. Set-ups, including On Camera Interview Rooms, Photo backdrop areas for contestants, holding areas, Stage/judging areas. Assisted the Art Director in aesthetic aspects banners, flags, signage Set-ups for "camera Ready" look.

General Production Assistant duties; helping facilitate good work flow for the shoot.

I assisted the talented Art Director in all aspects of Set Dressing/decorating and props. We dressed and decorated where the interviews were being held.

Assisted the Production Manager for Marathon Prep. Picked up Talent, including KTLA News Anchors and Running Specialist, and drove them to rehearsals at the different MILE Markers in Los Angeles. Drove Talent to their Mile Marker locations on the day of the show.

Picked up Passenger Van in Los Angeles, drove to Oxnard, CA for our shoot and served as the Talent Driver and PA to and from Set. The Talent was Banda el Recodo, music group from Mexico. Returned the passenger van to Los Angeles at the end of the shoot.

I worked very closely with the Director and Stage Manager of the Play, scheduling rehearsals, communicating with actors their Call Times, facilitating a good work flow from the Casting period to Tech Week, and from Tech Week to our Premiere.

Served as Casting/Production Assisting for the Los Angeles Casting Sessions.

Worked closely with the Producers Scheduling/Coordinating interviews with special guests and Talent, logged tape for Pre-parade packages, Compiled Fact Books for the production team and talent, Proof-read scripts, rundowns and schedules. Day of show, I served as the Graphics Assistant at KTLA Studios, working with the VIZRT.

Shot on Location in Beautiful Costa Rica, I served as the assistant to our amazing Production Designer. I was Props Master and Set Decorator for the Feature Film Shoot.

Tasks included: Scheduling/Coordinating pre-screenings of the film, Direct Marketing as well as Social Networking/Marketing, Hiring and managing Marketing/Operating Managers across the United States.

Amazing Art Dept for this Film, just me and the Production Designer made this film aesthetically pleasing.
