Assisting on set according to the AD team, lockup, crafty, running cast,working with all departments insuring that we got our day.

Wrapping up set, driving trucks, cleaning, setting up for the next day, abiding by productions movements and runs.

Duties included: Running/preparing cast, abiding by the call sheet, prepping and placing background, processing paperwork.

Night crew PA. Duties included: Wrapping up set, runs, petty cash, cleaning, helping various departments breakdown.

Assisting the Producer and Director in managing their calendars, taking notes, setting up conference calls, coordinating with various elements of production, going over budgets and boards, providing script coverage, assisting in the creation of look books and scout memos, ect.

Duties included: Running set, assisting AD department, craft service, assisting different departments, driving trucks, abiding by the schedule of the day, and delegating based on that schedule. Key Set PA.

First job in the industry I had. Majority of my duties consisted of: making calls, doing runs, maintaining the office, assisting various staff, handling petty cash, and being available.
