• Book & pre-interview couples and their peers for a relationship intervention. • Organize and produce and write segments field shoots. • Obtain all clearances for field shoots and location trade-outs. • Prep and debrief three relationship experts for tapings.

• Research news stories, topics, popular trends, and pitch for weekly tapings. • Book and secure all guests for conflict driven shows. • Pre-interview guest, experts and celebrity talent. • Coordinate travel arrangements for guest and experts, and ensure arrival. • Ensure guests appearance and wardrobe meet producer and show standards. • Brief guest, experts, and celebrity talent for all show tapings. • Find and clear locations for field shoots in and out of state. • Produce, locate and secure props and demonstrations for taping. • Locate and secure trade-outs for studio audience and guests. • Obtain clearances for all images, articles, news packages, and archival. • Format show book materials and distribute to Dr. Phil and producers.

• Report directly to the president of the company. • Manage schedules and all aspects of studio and location shoots as well as edits. • Manage and oversee crew for field or in studio interviews with host and various celebrity talents. • Prepare release forms and account for them to be signed by celebrity talent. • QA/QC final edits for approval and ensure uploads to company website site.
