- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person's visit and direct them accordingly.
- Answers viewer questions and routes calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Responds to viewer emails and feedback
- Takes phone messages for other personnel
- Accepts and distributes daily mail and all packages from couriers and prepares outgoing mail and packages for pick-up.
- Performs clerical functions as needed
- Stocks coffee and breakroom supplies as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Contact and distribute prize packages to winners
Requirements & Skills
- High School diploma
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Minimum one year experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the sales or *** fields
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment
