The Licensing Planning team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team! You will im *** tely contribute towards optimizing the growth and performance of financial processes within the Global Distribution Group Division. This position will be responsible for processing monthly revenue and cash flows and other various functions of the **** distribution business, providing analytical support for TV licensing sales activity.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: P&L

Process monthly actuals and forecasted revenue; provide variances to forecast and report achievement against quarterly and full year targets
Maintain Hyperion Essbase planning system in support of the preparation, review and submission of monthly reporting, quarterly reforecast and annual budget.
Build and manage relationships with key *** departments including all areas of distribution and sales to capture relevant data to build/ revise reforecast as required
Build and maintain financial das *** ards
Maintain the Cash Planning model for Monthly and quarterly forecasting.
Conduct monthly cash forecast analyses and variance explanation to support management review
Work closely with collections to update short term cash forecast
Participate in research/development/implementation process of new systems
Ad hoc assignment as needed

Basic Qualifications

BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst for the CityWalk Finance team will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for CityWalk and Universal *** Hollywood. In this position, you will have an exciting opportunity to partner with operations and finance to drive results in several fast-paced, results-driven lines of business. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with revenue and expense forecasting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Job Duties:

Prepare annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, monthly position update, and latest estimates
Perform monthly close and prepare monthly performance packages for department management with budget variances
Perform in-depth analytical, operational, and budget analyses on actual financial performance versus budgeted targets and versus key business drivers
Strengthen controls to ensure a "no surprises" environment. Leverage relationships with operating partners to optimize efficiencies and i *** uence behavior
Prepare weekly/monthly performance packages for senior management addressing budget variances

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or related field
Minimum 2 years of Finance experience with progression
