Audience Coordinator
Live Event: Mid January
Role may lengthen depending on production
Role Summary:
Seeking an Audience Coordinator. This position will report to the Producer and will assist with all aspects of the show's audience booking.
Role:
Book live event audience tickets for approximately 100+
Oversee Audience PA's and manage their day-to-day responsibilities
Confirm individual and group ticket bookings by phone and e-mail
Handle and coordinate out of state booking and buses, when necessary
During tapings, coordinate audience seating and answer all audience questions
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
Ability to work with changes on the fly
Bachelor Degree preferred
Desired Characteristics:
At least one year prior professional television experience with a game show, or live event program.
Prior experience with audience coordination for a game show, preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
