Your New Role

The *** President, Production & Talent Management will work closely with the EVP, Production & Talent Management, helping to achieve our business objectives and ensuring that great talent is drawn to, and stays at *** Brothers Pictures Animation.

This role will be responsible, but not limited to, full cycle Recruiting, Talent onboarding, all talent related workflows, performance management, as well as special projects related to the running of the animation business, including appropriate support for our partner *** . Your Role Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition

End to end recruiting for all production, including, but not limited to, collaborating with managers on crafting job descriptions through extending job offers.
Develop and execute an Inclusion and Diversity Strategy for **** partnering with key stakeholders across production and *** Brothers.
Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of Talent Tracking tools (HRIS/CRM).
Partner with Production to create a Staffing Profile workflow so that Talent Acquisition can accurately project internal transitions and hiring needs.
Assist establishing and maintaining efficient and inclusive Talent workflows across **** and our partner *** .
Create and execute an external event strategy to highlight job opportunities across our projects.
Create, execute, and maintain an onboarding strategy for all talent coming into ****.
Stay attuned to current industry trends to educate and advise business stakeholders on recruiting landscape.
Provide regular market intelligence updates to key studio an show leadership.
Create and implement Talent branding strategy
Prepare annual recruitment budget.
Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with government regulations and organizational policies.
Help introduce new talent successfully within the studio and projects.
Communicate and support the Studio's Talent Strategy, both internally and externally, that result in attracting, onboarding, and retaining inclusive top talent across *** Brothers Animation.

Crewing and staffing

Helps ensure the strategic and timely casting of all projects within *** Brothers Pictures Animation.
Assists with Analyzing the consolidated production schedules to create provisional headcount plans.
Partners with Studio and Show Leadership to project resource deficits or surpluses of man weeks and anticipates downtime and/or recruitment needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required and/or 10+ years experience in Animation or related field.
Experience leading end-to-end recruitment cycle from strategy and planning to execution.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
The ability to effectively communicate, interact, and partner with Studio and show leadership.

The Role

A successful candidate will be passionate and deeply knowledgeable about post production planning, management, logistics and have LIVE or live to tape post production experience on programming that has aired or streamed on major platforms, such as networks or large scale streaming platforms. They will be self-motivated, flexible, thorough, and capable of juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, and unwavering attention to detail at all times. A priority to learn is key, as the LIVE slate is ever changing and requires the education of new technologies and practices within production and post production.

Responsibility of the Role:

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst reports to the Manager, Financial Accounting, and will have a primary emphasis in the consolidation and reporting of International Channels, as well as the Direct-to-Consumer "DTC" businesses, primarily related to P&L and Balance Sheet Reporting, and other related analyses and disclosures. This is a high-profile team that works closely with senior executives across multiple segments. This position will help support the team responsible for financial performance and key drivers, including analyzing the cause of change versus forecast and prior year, quarterly margin analysis, by-title programming P&L analysis and balance sheet analyses. This position will also partner with segment accounting teams, segment planning teams, Enterprise Reporting, and Corporate Compliance. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst role will support new business development opportunities, and help the team identify and execute process improvements. The position will make analytical presentations to various executives. This position requires a professional that wants to lead, is highly motivated, and a self-starter. This individual must be able to develop professional relationships with various business partners, analyze and decipher finance/accounting data to accurately review the department's reporting obligations. They must be able to identify problems and develop innovative solutions to further efforts toward continuous process improvements. Key Job Responsibilities:

Basic Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
3-5+ years of public or private accounting experience
Strong technical accounting skills; knowledge of accounting theory and practices, of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
High-energy, self-motivated, team player with a desire to excel in demanding and fast paced environment•
Detail-oriented, proficient in reviewing work for reasonableness and accuracy, and able to manage multiple requests for various departments
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including refined presentation skills
Ability to adapt quickly, work autonomously, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
