Job Requirements: This is a remote job.

The Compositor is responsible for seamlessly integrating all the various layers or elements of a shot, removing any rigwork and providing any digital cleanup necessary for the shot. Working to, and in collaboration with the Visual Effects Supervisor, the Compositor is responsible for the aesthetic integrity and technical quality of the image.
Responsibilities:

● Taking briefs and direction from Visual Effects Supervisor to execute assigned Shots
● Perform all tasks associated with the Stop-Motion compositing process, including
○ rig-removal,
○ flicker cleanup,
○ 2D tracking,
○ layering of elements, and
○ roto/paint work on difficult shots.
● Manage own workload, schedule and notes/feedback actions required by Supervisors
● Maintain the overall look, color balance, and quality for assigned shots to create
uniformity in finished work.
● Work collaboratively with other Compositing artists.
Essential Skills:
● Demonstrated working knowledge of and production experience with Nuke
● Experience in judging photo-realism, color, and lighting
● Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve
● Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated understanding of color space principles
Desirable Skills:
● Compositing experience in a feature film or commercial production environment
● Demonstrated working knowledge of and production experience with Silhouette

This is a stop-motion feature. Compositors will essentially take a shot from start to finish before sending off to a 3rd party vendor for digital elements. We're specifically looking for people available in PORTLAND, OREGON, but are considering QUALIFIED candidates to work remotely if necessary.

Salary: $53,900 - $77,000

Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer's primary responsibility will be to generate creative and dynamic graphics for our newscasts, social *** , and sales presentations. The Graphic Designer will also provide graphics for commercial production and promotions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience of creating graphics for a news or similar organization.
Applicants should be well skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - primarily Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Prior experience in Cinema 4D would be helpful.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to team members and partners.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure high-quality and polished graphic deliverables.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
