Position: Development Assistant
H2R Productions seeks a part-time development assistant to the company’s three partners. This is a collaborative environment, focused on alternative/reality television development. Responsibilities include administrative support, (scheduling, phones, email) coordinating (meeting prep materials, project tracking, task management), and active participation in development (brainstorming sessions, deck building).
Candidate should be enthusiastic and have a sincere interest in unscripted television development. Ideally, you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills, highly organized and great at multi-tasking, and capable of working in a dynamic environment with limited supervision.

H2R Productions has growing departments in scripted television (having won the NY Television Festival for Best Drama), film (Weather Girl winner of Vail Film Festival), and new media (Bitter Party of Five).
